yeh i love nandos n kinda pp friendly compared to tgi's n things!

so today is going ok so far ... looks like this

breakfast

weetabix n milk - 7pp

lunch- cinnamon n raison bagel with banana- 7pp

dinner- fish pie n brocolli- 9pp

snacks ( so far)
nectarine - 0pp
2 x paprika rice cakes - 3pp
wafer thin ham - 2pp
Cappuccino -2pp

no exercise today :(

Bad bad bad night! All weeklies gone n prob few more :-( oh dear!! Out to nando's tomorrow too so it won't b a 26pp day!! I'm bloody crap at this!! X x
 
Right!!!! You are NOT crap at this!!! Look at it as a minor blip, we all have them. Make sensible choices around the nandos which you know you are having and then as of tomorrow, 26PP right up to weigh day. Having those days at 26PP, I'm certain you will see a loss!!! OR
You can have a filling and healthy day and at nandos have the chicken, sweet potato mash and corn on the cob. I wouldn't even bother counting any of it as points. Then you can still eat ww bread, bacon, eggs, ham, jacket potatoes, fruit, veg, fish, beans, crumpets... You'll feel like you haven't blown it! Just make sure your remainder of the week is 26PP honestly Hun... Stick with it xxx

Aww thanks tan, well I'm going to have a cereal bar for breakie n nando's about 2ish, if I feel peckish ton I will have something that's allowed on filling n healthy n def stick to 26pp till weigh in on wed! .. Thanks for the encouragement x x
 
Think it's a change of plan now, not going to nando's. off to morrisons for some ingredients for stew. This usually fills me up so I know I won't b bitting at things ton x x

In a bit of a dilemma!! Just not getting on with weight watchers :-( I'm doing what I did before! I seem to b starving on the 26 but then binging on the 49 weeklies!! I want to go to meetings but obviously if I'm cal counting or something else n not following ww plan then obv I don't want to pay the monthly fee! I have been getting weighed at home ( n not doing great) don't know whether to go to boots n get weighed weekly there n actually get a slip, sounds daft really cos both getting weighed by myself but if I gained like half pound on my scales I kind of ignore it, if its on a slip I can't . Really don't know x x

If you are going to the ww class maybe keep going, the talks will still be useful, wee hints on how to cut a few calories/pp here and there, and the weigh-in might keep you on track. If you were doing ww you'd be paying anyway and once you get to goal you won't have to pay!

Yeh I know what u mean! I only joined on wed haha! Really don't want a maintain or gain in my first wk x x
