Where's the thread? Where where?
I sure did! 12st 10lbs! And I've already had two people ask if I've lost weight! Woohoo! Although I can't quite see it myself. Erm so it appears I have lost 2 1/4 lbs since Monday. Must have been TOTM holding me back. I'm happy Squatters have gone plus extra, lets get back on the road.
Folks I won't lie, I don't have a very good weekend coming up. My friend's coming to stay and We're supposed to be gettin...pizza...tonight. Me and Chris are getting a Margharita and I'm going to try my best to stick to 2 slices as I'm making a greek thing with bulgar wheat and lots of salad. And also my lunch does not consist of as many calories as usual so...
Also tomorrow we're going on a trip to the Black Country museum where the speciality lunch is...? Fish and Chips. Best in the region apparently. My policy has always been to not deny myself - i still eat out sometimes etc.. so I'm going to have a bit. Not so many chips hopefully and if they do a mini fish I'll get one. Thankfully I'm better at avoiding bad foods at lunch than at dinner so fingers crossed I can stop myself and throw the rest away.
Wish me luck folks. At least I'll have from Monday to balance it all out haha. xx
