Hi Lovehate
Well nice to know a bit more about you. I'm about to turn 41 but that is about all we have in common as I don't have any kids and I weigh about 4 stone more than you (although I also have 5 inches on you). I guess the only other thing we have in common is that I spend a lot of my life dashing madly around trying to fit too much in (I manage a big glass office block in Birmingham with very demanding tenants, have a horse, play roller derby, have a pt, slimming world, I'm training for another 5k etc). I definitely find eating properly helps me to do that as I have so much more energy, but like you it also sometimes leads to being too busy or tired to plan /cook properly.
I have a friend who also suffers from hypermobility although I don't know a huge amount about it, she had to give up playing roller derby because of it
Are you able to swim if other activities cause flare ups? I love swimming although I tend not to go often as I can go for a run in the time it takes me to get to the pool!
Anyway, my advise to you is keep at it. We are all in this for the long game and one blip is just that, a blip. You will come out the other side. I had a blip that lasted from Christmas to the end of Feb but I'm still here and doing well again.
