I'm back and ready to lose a stone for Xmas :-)

I would love to get to goal by my birthday so I can celebrate with a massive slice of cake!!

Last year I had a very calorific birthday as we went to Tom Kerridge's restaurant and he loves to use loads of butter, cream and fat in his cooking. You can tell how fattening is was by my belly in this picture. I was only 10 stone when I went in (honest!) Mind you it was yummy lol.

I had a really lazy morning and stayed in my pj's until after lunch. I felt guilty as I had planned to get up and do Parkrun this morning, so I have just taken the dog for a run round the reservoir instead. It is about 3km round and took me 19 minutes, plus I walked another km to cool down. Feeling a bit better now.

I must admit I do feel a lot more like I have to burn off my excess energy these days. I am putting last weeks good loss down to the fact that I did a couple of decent runs, so I plan to do the same again this week.

What is everyone else up to?

Going to do am insanity dvd tonight. ...should burn enough calories to get me down to maintenance for the day!
 
Well done on your losses. I'm having a pain flare up so hurt all over and fed up - this is how it is for me and then the bad food sneaks in. I should have learnt by now! So rest and try again. Not going to sabotage though and undo the muscle tone I've created

It was amazing! Just did insanity. ...pure cardio followed by cardio abs. ...1 hour in total. ...if calories burned are to be believed I burned my dessert off!

Ha ha, I'm still paying for it. ... With my insanity last night and everything I'm doing tonight in theory I will have burned it all off!!! I hope so as really want to shift these last few pounds! !!!!

You only have 1.4lbs to go now so hopefully 'insanity' will prove a very sane way to shift it!!

I think I'm going to drop my goal to 154 (11 stone) when I get to this one. ... but I'm not in any rush to get there now. .... I've upped my exercise a bit more now as I'm starting to enjoy my food a little bit too much! !

By some miracle I've lost 1.4lbs this morning taking me to by 160 goal! !!!!

Thanks I've revised my goal to 154 lbs as whilst I'm happy where I am I still have bits I'd like to improve!

I've upped my training so it may be that my weight stabilises as my muscles become more toned!
