WW wrap (hexb) with minced beef, tomato,pepper, onion and mushroom.
Muller light
Cucumber and tomatoes
Dinner
Shredded roast beef, oxo potato’s.
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and peas.
Small helping of gravy-2syns
Syns- 2+7 for vodka and Diet Coke.
Just cooking up some syn free onion bhajis, hope they taste as good as they smell
