Sunday Food Diary... Aim for this week is to loose 2.5lbs..

Breakfast:
- strawberries (SS), yoghurt
- HExA - Milk in coffee
Lunch:
- HExA - Milk in coffee
- BBQ burger x2, 1 burger bun ( 8 syns ), 1 tbsp mayonaise ( 5.5 syns), couscous with tomatoes, onions, and peppers.. lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber
- freddo ( 5 syns )
Dinner:
SW Arabiata, pasta
Snacks:
grapefruit
Healthy A: Dashes of skimmed milk in coffee
