is it just me

I am, not seen my friends since September last year, I saw them on the Tuesday and then had my car accident on the Thursday, lucky I saw them then really as wouldn't of made it otherwise! X

Omg thats terible. Was it just u in the accident hun or was poppy with u. So in that time u r recoverin and lost weight and luk 2 hot to trot.x:D

Poppy was in it but my side of car took full impact thank goodness, it probably would of done far worse things to her :-( Last time I saw them I was probably lighter than I am now, put on my weight once I'd had the Accident and the gym had to stop. X

But u have loads of confidence now hun and u have us woohoo. Your nearly fightin fit again so u have cum a realy long way and im realy proud of u.x

Awwwwww thanks Sweetie, I'm hoping to start Boxercise once I get the all clear, found a class which is term time only.x
 
C I Think id cry at boxercise coz my arms r realy weak and wen they get tired thats wen i want to give up.x

I've never been to boxercise, but I imagine it's similar to body combat and I love combat.
It's tough - sometimes I ache for days afterwards (haha - this week... Lol) but I love it.
I think it's because I love that they're routines, I can pick them up easily and I really do enjoy staring into the mirrors and see everyone doing the same thing at the same time.

Mornin hun. I had a greggs sandwich in town for 5.5 for lunch and then homemade wedges,sketi hoops and chicken for tea. Saved my crunchie and quavers for wen the kids were in bed so had al my points and had sataday under control again. Nothing planned for 2day hun just a nice chiled day.x

I Think i am hun. I even resisted the greasy burger van in town yesterday even tho greg and leah had 1.x

You're an inspiration, did u have anything instead or just watch them lol x
 
Been out for lunch 2day had a chicken roast but couldnt eat it all. I had 1 chicken breast 1 roast potato and 1 new potato,1 stufin ball and 1 little yorkshire pud with lots of veg. I gave the other potatos and chicken to my dad. I pointed it as 10 to be on the safe side and then had a small bowl of apple crumble and custart and pointed that as 7. Im so so full. I would neva have given my food away or thort that i could get so full quick and now look at me. Got 5 points left but dont fancy a meal as such so mite have a yog and sum friut later maybe sum quavers. think ive cracked eatin on and stil stayin on track doin ww.x
