We must do hun. Just dun 1 mile and im ok up 2 yet. Yesterdays 2mile had me dizzy and seein stars.x

Yey for 1mile, u know I'm in the 1 mile crew ;-) x
 
Thats the place to b then:) i always feel guilty coz i havent dun the 2 mile but i could do 2 1 mile a day i suppose.x

One in the morning before breakfast, the other In the evening and you've done your 2 miles!!! X
 
Yeh thats a plan is that hun. Keep getting that restless leg thing on a nite and its driving me crazy.x

That's dehydration Sweetie, make sure you drink plenty of fluids.x
 
Realy. But i drink at least 7 pints of water a day plus 3 hot drinks.x

Do u eat much with salt in as that can dehydrate u no matter what you eat? X
 
I was just guna say that. I had it realy bad wen i was pregnant with leah and the midwife told me to have a bananna.x

Could you maybe make an appt with your GP to get a bit of an mot? X
