Yep just get a lettuce leaf in a slice of bread and have it an hour b4 bed and c if it works. It did for me. That can b your mission hun to google it and see if theres any truth in it.x

I think if you start it on a day when you're not bleeding then you're just not 'protected' for a week so maybe just be extra careful if you're gonna do anything.x

But does that mean i wil stil get the period next week or wil i have cancelled it out. I no that if u havent been on it for a while and u go bak on it then you take the first 1 on the first day of your period.x

I think it'll cancel it out until you've taken the whole 21? I'm just worried if you wait for a period to take the first one then u could be waiting a while, might be better to ride out 21 days with no period and then you'll be back to normal?x

Ermmmmmm I think so as that would be a 'real' period, be prepared you'll probably have a 'pill' period once the 21 are used..x

Yep i thort so and pil periods r odd i once had 1 for 16 days haha. Il never ever run out of pils again its such a drama.x

It did hun and thats y ive stuck with it for so long. I once went to a and e coz they were that bad and i thort i was actualy guna blead to death.x
