Im not sure maybe coz i think im so close to goal al this food wont hurt but the more u eat the more u want. Im guna try to be gud as of 2moz.x

Haha i need sumthing. Just jumped on the scales and im up 3 pound since friday.x

Not eatin!!! Flos here 2 so shes making me eat. Im not worried bout the weight coz il get it off.x

Oh i no hun. Wel im havin spag bol 4 tea coz i didnt make it friday and for lunch im just guna have sum fruit and a yog to try save sum points and undo the damage ive dun.x

Ok girls ive got a plan of action. Im guna start eating breakfast every day and after friday wi my sister is taking the scales for 2 week coz i need a break from them. Getin on the scales ten time a day is doing me no gud at all. As much as im eatin al my points im only havin 2 meals a day and then i end up starvin and binging so i need to spread my points out on propa meals and healthy snacks. Does that sound like a gud plan?x

That sounds like a fantastic plan Sweetie!!! Those scales are no good for you and maybe after 2 weeks the habit will be broken so they can come back? Breakfast is such an important meal of the day, it's good to know u will be eating it. Will it be Curiously Cinnamon? X

Thanx girls. Ive had 1 slice of toast and im guna have 2 satsumas wen i get bak from school at half 9 and maybe a yog bout 11ish then il have lunch at 1 and tea at half 5.x

Wel i enjoyed it actualy haha. Ive had 2 satsumas,bananna,soup and cracker bread 4 lunch,salad mash and quiche for tea and a yog and 25g raisins for later and ive stil got 2 points left so mite have a bicy with a cup of tea later.x
