Ok girls ive got a plan of action. Im guna start eating breakfast every day and after friday wi my sister is taking the scales for 2 week coz i need a break from them. Getin on the scales ten time a day is doing me no gud at all. As much as im eatin al my points im only havin 2 meals a day and then i end up starvin and binging so i need to spread my points out on propa meals and healthy snacks. Does that sound like a gud plan?x
That sounds like a fantastic plan Sweetie!!! Those scales are no good for you and maybe after 2 weeks the habit will be broken so they can come back? Breakfast is such an important meal of the day, it's good to know u will be eating it. Will it be Curiously Cinnamon? X
I dont think i can trust myself with them just yet maybe il start with toast. Yeh after 2 wk i think i shud b ok for them to cum bk.x
Fantastic plan! Breakfast is really important as it sets you up for the day and gives your metabolism a boost. If I don't have breakfast I find I'm starving by lunch and eat so much more!
Good idea on getting rid of the scales for 2 weeks. I'm trying not to weigh until Sunday and it's so hard!
Thanx girls. Ive had 1 slice of toast and im guna have 2 satsumas wen i get bak from school at half 9 and maybe a yog bout 11ish then il have lunch at 1 and tea at half 5.x
