Thanx hun. So my poridge is 4 so that leaves me with 3.5 left. I realy cnt believe how much i wil have eaten 2day and stil b left ova wit 3.5. Im nervous to eat al this coz its loads and i cnt check my weight coz ive promised myself i wil wait til friday.x

Wel i have them snak size ripples but dont have the package to calculate. Wud 3.5 cover it do u think.x

A full size ripple is 5pp so a full size one worldnt be much more than 3.5 if more at all. Xx

It amazes me how much we can eat and still the weight comes off. Enjoy your chocolate later I have some points lefts as well so shall have some treats I think yummy

Yes I feel like that everyday before ww I barely ate 1 meal a day and picked at crap through the day. Now im eating 3 meals a day and snacks.

Well I have 3pp left from my day plus going to try and have 5 weeklies. So shall eat my tea at 6 and then ive got some cheesy puffs which are 2pp and maybe some ww biscuits they are 2pp and maybe a ww ice cream 2pp. Omg aouch eating lol eat eat eat thats all I do lol ha ha

Who would think this was a diet lol

You wouldnt would you but if it works im happy. I love eating and love ww so its win win. Im doin the vintage a little dif to what your doin coz i dont get weeklies but am allowed to save points everyday so i can have a treat. Tell me about it i must get on the scales 5 times a day and even jump on b4 bed so that i have sum idea of what i wil b in the morn. This week is guna kill me haha. Your treats sound yummy.x

I used to get on them every morning and night. But now I get on every couple of days. Mainly because im so rushed that ive no time. Good luck tho I know how hard it is.

Vintage points not heard of that but if it works then fab!. Ive never done this diet before so just using ww meals with veg as a safety net for my tea. As I get more experienced I will have cooked dinners that I have cooked but for now I shall keep the safety net lol.

Do u have much to lose??

Haha that's no problem. I do like a ripple but I'd much prefer a whispa for the extra pp haha

Tbh I don't believe in the more is more theory. Mainly because everyone is different. I know for a fact if I ate all my points every day plus my weeklies and 1/3 of my activity points I wouldn't lose weight lol.

It's all about finding out what works for you.

Enjoy your ripple I may pop over morrisons and buy myself some. Yummy.

Its just the old way of ww before they brought out pro points. Stick with serena she wil teach u loads. You wil find your feet and get the hang of it. Ive lost 1stone already so just 6 pound to goal but i mite lower it again. How bout u.x

Ive lost 11lbs on ww but ive got at least another 2 stone to lose maybe more will see tho. Ideal world id like to be back to 10stone 4

Well done thats brilliant. Id love to b 10.4but my goal is 10.10 i dont think i could get much lower. They always say the last few pound are the hardest.x

I find if I eat breakfast I lose more. But that's partly because I eat less during the day! It's proven that if you have breakfast you eat less :)
