Wish I had your get up and go to do exercise but I just dont!! Ruined it 2nite with pizza and chips. I dont feel 2 cracky still got a cold. Im going to have a word with myself and get myself back onto it properly. I was doing so well. If I dont do something then il end up putting all ive lost back on and I dont want that to happen.x youq diary looks realy good too :)
 
Feeling like crap not just with my cold but coz I cant seem to stick 2 it!! My w.d is 2moro and I expect I wil have put nearly all I lost back on!!! I start the day with great intentions and then ruin it all. Just shows if you eat great you loose but have a day where you eat what you want thats it u have gained weight. Honestly im so close to quitting!!!:-(

U n me both! Had a bingeathon lst night-wine,rolos.my sons mini malteaster bunnies,thenI was still in the cupboard looking for more! Whats the point in sweating my ti*s off to just go and do that?PMT week =dont give a s**t!!

Haha u make me laf sal!!! Yep im with u on that. To be fair tho I just sick ov pointing everything and not eating the same as every body else to keep the points down which then leads to nite binges!!!
 
Anuther binge!! It wasnt just big it was bloody huge theres no need for it!! Ive failed. I just dont no what to do with myself :'(
 
So its my second day of just cutting down and doing more exercise and i can honestly say its great. Just had an omlette for tea with salami mushrooms and cheese with a huge side salad. No pointing no cal countin as such and its great. At lunch the kids wanted a kfc and normaly i wud have got the bigest meal on the menu!! I had the street wise bbq chicken wrap and had a few chips and i dont feel like ive ruined anything but more importantly i joined in with my family instead ov saying i cant have that its too many points!!! My legs are killing from all the walking but its all gud. Hows everybody else geting on?? Oh it was w.d yestaday and i put nearly 2 pound on!! New start and new approach this week:)
 
All im doing is trying 2 eat healthy,3 meals a day and to be honest what eva i want just smaller portions and more walking. Yep im with u on the w.w thing i have seriously hit the wall big time!!!x
