Good for you! I'm pleased you had a good weekend :) Totally agree with you too - the main thing is that you enjoyed it. Besides, it's only one week out of 52.

I had a lovely weekend too, thanks for asking. It was a quiet one this week, which I enjoyed. I have a few social events coming up so I'm trying to stop in until then - it's better for the bank balance and the waistline ;) lol! x

I love the odd quiet weekend- bliss! Know what you mea about the social events coming up, my diary is a chocker block, can't keep up! x

Indeed it is! From the cafe at work.. And all SW friendly too..friends with the one who made it so I did ask about ingredients LOL!! :)

A horrific 3.5 on tonight. Yikes!! Was well expected though after 3 full days of drinking and very little eating, though what I did eat was very naughty :p

Don't get yourself down about it. In the grand scheme of things 3.5lb is nothing - after a week back on plan, you're likely to lose that again next Tuesday.

Don't let one bad week lead to two - you can do this. Big hugs xx

I had a lovely weekend thanks..on Saturday eve i went to an event in Newcastle/Gateshead called the Late Shows which was fun. Yesterday i had a chilled day then treated myself to a pamper evening! :D

Aww, thank you!! It was from Saturday night :) The only thing is my legs look really orange! It's because I had to edit the brightness/contrast because the original pic was really dark..nevermind hehe.
