oh! and sounds weird but you have to try for simon....the mushy pea curry!!!
we thought sounded strange so have avoided for 18 months but gave in and tried a few weeks ago...omg!! to die for served with sw chips!!!

we just did...chop and fry off onions and mushrooms....add to 2 tins mushy peas and one tin of beans...add however much curry powder you wish! a firm favourite on either green or ee now.
 
Just a friendly word of warning. I read on another thread about the syn value of Quorn Sausages changing & the new packaging stated 'Best Ever' so everyone was hunting down the old style packaging that didnt say this. However that change in packaging will only last so long until all old stock has sold then it will revert back to original packaging so you would never know it they were free ones or synned ones. This may be the same with Onken.

I skip the beans and use, onions, mushrooms, peppers, seasoning, curry powder, garam masala, tin of chopped toms, tin of mushy peas and 2vege oxo cubes.

Its even nicer as leftovers in a jacket pot the next day.

I might brave baked beans in it one day, I'm intrigued.
 
Well feeling mega bloated and have bad trapped wind sorry way to much info but that's how it is lol

So heres what I have eaten today:

Breakfast: 2 x slices of toasted granary wholemeal (HeB) with marmite and a cup of tea

Snack: Fibreplus Bar and a pear (yep just one lol) two small cups of tea opps lol

Tea: Plain pasta with cheese (HeA)

Trip to cinema and took: a plum, a pear, Punnet of raspberries, 80g bag of rainbow drops 11 syns but worth it

Total syns: 15 oops lol

A consultant once told me to have a mug of hot water & a pear to help with trapped wind. Hope u feel better soon x

I eat pears like they are chocolate usually 4 a day obviously because I love them lol but thanks for the advice x
 
It's usually melon in my house but I'm loving oranges right now.
 
Well Wednesday already time goes way to fast :( food for today:

Breakfast: 2 x (HeB) with Semi Skimmed Milk (HeA)

Snack: Raspberries and a cup of tea. WW vanilla yogurt.

Dinner: Small jacket potato with egg mayo (6 syns), spinach leaves, cucumber, beetroot, red pepper and cherry tomato.

Snack: 2 x Babybel (HeA) and a pear

Tea: Rice with quorn mince, mushrooms and onions with a tinned of chopped Italian tomatoes.

Snack: 2 x Sesame seed Ryvita with left over egg mayo, WW vanilla yoghurt and cup of tea

Crikey I think I eat too much opps lol

Well hubby away today and tonight at a Darts comp so just me and my girlies tonight yay can watch my TV lol

Thursday

Breakfast: Wholemeal Toast (HeB) with Marmite and cup of tea

Snack: Pear, 2 x Babybel (HeA) and a cup of tea

Lunch: Small Jacket Pot with left over quorn bolognaise, beetroot and spinach leaves

Tea: SW Chips, 2 x poached eggs and baked beans, WW Vanilla Yoghurt

Snack: 2 x alpen light bars (HeB) with cup of coffee

Syns: Ketchup 2 syns 2 x tbsp of nutella 8 syns total: 10syns

Well that's me done for the day x

just one thing...unless something changed and i missed it....granary bread cant be used as a heb

Friday:

Breakfast: marmite on wholemeal toast (HeB) and cup of tea

Lunch: Wholemeal pitta (HeB) with vlf cottage cheese, spinach leaves and beetroot

Tea: Meal out, Chips (oops), gammon with peas and salad

Syns: Who knows lol x
 
Saturday

Breakfast. Wholemeal toast (HeB) with marmite, cup of tea. Cherry Müller light.

Lunch: healthyish fry up, tinned toms, beans, mushrooms, bacon fat removed, 3 x sausages (15syns) opps but oh so yummy no more syns today that's for sure. Cup of coffee.

Tea: SW Chips, Mushy Peas and poached egg. Fat free natural yoghurt with raspberries.

They were lush but back to it except for the sausages I had today but hey I've syned them l. X
