Its all in the mind....

Been up since 4:45 with baby now at work urgh so need to be extra good:

Breakfast: 2 x Slices of wholemeal (400g) (HeB) toast with marmite and a cup of tea.

Lunch: 2 x babybel, 2 x pears and 2 x alpen lights (HeB)

Tea: roast Dinner with roast pork, sprouts. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and gravy 2 syns

Really hope I've lost at least 1lb !

Well it's a beautiful Monday morning and I'm feeling good 2lb loss woo hoo at last lol so now 12st 12lbs:

Breakfast: 2 x 400g wholemeal toast (HeB) cup of tea with dash of skimmed milk

Lunch: Small jacket potato with fat free cottage cheese, cucumber, orange pepper and spinach leaves. After raspberries and natural yoghurt.

Snack: 2 x babybel HeA

Tea: Homemade chicken curry, containing chicken pieces, red pepper green pepper, pineapple chunks, chestnut mushrooms, onions and garlic and tons of spices, FF natural yoghurt and FF framage frais, red chilli pepper and green chilli pepper it's mega hot ! Served with basmati rice. WW FF Vanilla Yoghurt.

Tuesday:

2 x weetabix (HeB) with SS Milk. Cup of tea

Snack: Green tea, Banana, 2 satsumas

Lunch: Grilled chicken on top of spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, spring onion and 2 slices of avocado

Tea: SW Chips, Grilled Pork Loin and Poached Egg

Cup of options hot chocolate 2 syns

Well it's a wet miserable Wednesday yuck !

Breakfast: 2 x slices of 400g wholemeal with marmite and cup of tea

Snack: Cup of tea, pear, 2 x babybel (HeA), 2 x alpen light bars (HeB)

Lunch: Small Jacket Potato, Spinach leaves, cherry toms, cucumber, FF Cottage Cheese, red Pepper

Snack: Banana, satsuma

Tea: bachelors savoury rice, spinach leaves, cucumber, cherry toms, red pepper, FF cottage cheese. Pear and cup of tea

Miserable here too. You are doing so well. I'm craving sw chips now after reading this.

I have no potatoes in I'm off on a shopping trip to get some just bought a special quick chip tray that cooks them in half the time.

Thursday:

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix (HeB)

Snack: pear, coffee

Lunch: was in a course so had wholemeal sandwich with tuna

Snack: pear, orange, coffee

Tea: out for tea but had pasta with grilled chicken and pesto

Not the best day and prob had 15 syns !
 
Well new day and will be super good have loads of housework to do !

Breakfast: 2 x wholemeal toast (HeB) with marmite cup of tea

Snack: Pear, 2 x babybel (HeA) cup of tea

Lunch: Small jacket potato, bakes beans, cheddar cheese (HeA), cucumber, cherry tomatoes. FF natural yoghurt with raspberries.

Tea: SW Chips, 2 x poached eggs and beans. Muller light toffee yoghurt.

Options hot chocolate 2 syns

1 x tbsp nutella 4 syns

Yay it's the weekend :)

Breakfast: 2 x Chocolate weetabix (HeB) 2syns with semi skimmed milk (1/2 HeA) Cup of tea

Snack: Pear, raspberries, muller light 2 x babybel (HeA)

Lunch/tea: pasta with pancetta, roasted sun dried tomatoes red onions, cannalini beans

Snack: Pear, options hot chocolate 2 syns

Syns: half a Caramac 4.5 syns

My scales are not good this morning, my body feels all out of whack after my chest infection. No idea what will happen at weigh in. :-*
 
Well Sunday is here and my gorgeous man let me have a lie in and grilled me a breakfast :D

Breakfast: 2 x poached eggs, plum tinned toms, 1 x grilled tomato, mushrooms, 1 x 400g slice of wholemeal toast (1/2 HeB) 2 x oakhill sausages 10syns oops but so worth it Muller light toffee and cup of tea.

Snack: pear and 2 x babybels (HeA)

Tea: Chicken stirfry but hubby made it way to hot and spicy and could only eat half of it :(. Pear, 2 x babybel (HeA). Cup of tea.

Snack: 2 x Kiwi, cup of options hot chocolate 2 syns

Other syns: 2 x tbsp Nutella 8 syns
