Been up since 4:45 with baby now at work urgh so need to be extra good:
Breakfast: 2 x Slices of wholemeal (400g) (HeB) toast with marmite and a cup of tea.
Lunch: 2 x babybel, 2 x pears and 2 x alpen lights (HeB)
Tea: roast Dinner with roast pork, sprouts. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and gravy 2 syns
Really hope I've lost at least 1lb !
