Well today has been a blur

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix (HeB) with SS Mill (1/2HeA)

Lunch: Pear, Satsuma, alpen breakfast biscuit 8 syns

Tea: Pasta baked in sun dried tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. Muller Light
 
A busy day? But a great food day. I'm trying not to eat everything in sight.

I'm back on the wagon woohoo lol, started Monday and feeling good. Have cut out Bread and pasta to boost weight loss and stopped caffeine 3 weeks ago due to my recurrent bladder infections. So green and peppermint tea galore and of course water etc.

Time to catch up on posts x
 
Thurs:

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix with S Milk
Green tea
Apple

Lunch: Small JP with silverskin pickled onions, cucumber, red pepper, toms, beetroot and FF cottage cheese.
Cup of options hot chocolate.
