It's Now Or Never

Hmmm. Haven't been for a while, so can't recommend them for their cycling!

I can't wait for the Bank Hols coming up! Squeeee! Quite fancy driving down to Leith Hill and spending the day there if the weather's going to play ball. Xx

I misread that, ad you were going to play ball. I think you should now lol

Gutted, my son is staying another night at his Dads. He wanted to go and see Zampa (club mascot) run the marathon in the morning. How could I say no?! :-(

This feeling, of all feelings does make me wanna pig out this evening with a big bottle of wine. So thinking of things to do to head it all off.

1. Plan meals for our trip.
2. Work out what shopping I need to buy.
3. Do ironing.
4. Have nice relaxing bath and shave legs etc.

Oh no, I'm sorry about that! Just think, though, it means that you have more time to plan an prepare for your trip, which will be extra special for him! Xx

Lol WG that made me chuckle. I have indeed though just returned from said run. I was feeling a bit pooped from all the digging and stuff I'd been doing in the garden, so might not have done it had you not said anything.

Yes Little Sos, I am going to do just that. I should have put clean and tidy house on the list too. I'm glad for the little man as a) he gets to do something book b) his father is doing something cool with him. He is at an age where he could really do with a man about more often. Wish I could magic up a nice boyfriend for him. (Um, for me I mean but ve around for him.... lol).

Anyway, am gonna have a quick soak in the bath before I make myself some tea hit the ironing, and plan where/what on earth I am going to take this bairn on Monday. :)

I am writing this from the bath. I got in over half an hour ago and havent moved since lol

Breakfast:
Mixed fruit, canned prunes, branflakes (HEb), low fat yoghurt.
Cuppa x 3, milk using part of HEa.

Lunch:
Savoury rice, chopped green beans, king prawns. 2 clementines afterwards.

Snack:
Banana ice cream - 175ml soya milk (HEa) and a mashed banana (4 syns).

Cuppa (milk from HEa)

Still to have tea, but likely to be:
Onion, mushroom, spinach pasta shells (wholewheat) with salad leaves. Nice and stodgy.

Total syns - 6.
Exercise - 30 mins C25K.
Water - erk!

Bit late to eat really, but I have nothing else quick in and don't want to be over hungry in the morning, as I'd like to make a start on week 4 run seeing as the bairn will still be at his Dads. Missing him :-(

*** edit

Sod it - it's 22:00 can't be bothered cooking. Am having 8 olives (1 further syn, taking me up to 7 for the day) - a bunch of pickled baby gherkins, banana, apple and 2 clementines plus a pint of water.

I think the camping trip sounds like a great idea. It sounds like you need it. I'd be chomping on a part of my body after your tea !!!

Hope your boy has a good time tomorrow but is pleased to get home :)

Yep I'm all booked, house clean, halfway through ironing and getting windscreen fixed early tomorrow morning.

Shattered now. Beanie loved the marathon, he wants to run one himself now. Apparently he is going to start training when he's 15!? lol

I also managed another run today, week 4, day 1. It was much better than I thought it would be. I really think, so far at,least, that the worst runs were week 1. I guess I'm starting to get used to it now.

So food -

Breakfast:
Frylighted potato and onion slices, grilled mushroom and frylighted egg on top. 2 clementines.

Lunch:
Speedy soup - onion, celery, tomato, peppers, cannellini beans, mixed pulses and red lentils with garlic, chilli powder and seasoning. This made a further 7 portions which are now in the freezer.

Snack:
2 alpen light bars (HEb), 2 clementines, apple

Tea:
Roast lamb (last of leftovers from Mothers Day), roast spuds, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. Gravy (0.5 syns), 2 tspns mint sauce (3 syns).

Snack:
Mixed fruit and natural low fat yoghurt. 3 extra light laughing cow cheeses (HEa).

Tea throughout day with soya milk (rest of HEa).

Total syns: 3.5
Exercise: 36 mins on C25K
Water: in tea plus a pint

Shattered but must finish this poxy ironing. No time in the morning and don't want it waiting when I get back on Friday.

Hope everyone had a good weekend x

Week 4??!! Eeeeek!!!! Well done on getting through it. I was catually contemplating doing week 3 again cos the thought of running for 5 mins solid scares the crap outta me!!! xxx

I am just so impressed at how well (and how disciplined you are) the running is going. Well done.

Hope you have a fantastic week away. Look forward to hearing all about it.

Thanks Gail. I think I just like the challenge of something different. I was getting bored with my swimming.

I have just finished ironing, my god that was epic. Only housework left is slopping the mop around before we leave tomorrow. Yay!

Oh my gosh. I am even more impressed. I wish that was all I had left to do........................!!!!

How exciting going away though. I am excited for you and I'm not going anywhere. Fingers crossed the weather is good - I haven't even looked at the weather forecast.

Have an awesome time! Xx

Yay!! I wish I was off somewhere! Is the wee one as excited as you?!

Lol sort of. He just seems to take everything in his stride. About to leave. So happy!

BTW - I won't weigh in as a result for a whole week. But do you know I don't mind. I shall stick to plan, but will just have to see what next week brings. Thought I'd have been a bit more stressy about it.

Toodlepip and good luck all for your weigh ins. Xx

Have a fantastic time, hope the sun stays out for you xxx
