Ooh snickers flapjack, that sounds interesting. Hell girlie, you're on your holibobs and you're at target, you deserve a treat and to let your hair down :)

I've got two days on the trot in the office now so that will be a test for me. I'll be shattered. Tomorrow night might just be a banana milkshake and a boiled egg. Something quick and not too big.

Anyway, the weather here was lovely, so o hope you got some down there too Bev. If not, try your hand at a supernoodle omelette, that's great comfort food and totally free! :)
 
Sun came out . . . and went away again and it weed down AGAIN.
Unfortunately, Supernoodle omelette not free on Red days :sigh: which is what I mostly do.

Branflakes (heb), low fat natural yoghurt, mixed berries.

Snack:
Apple and banana
Small skinny capuccino (half HEa).

Lunch:
Salad leaves, Brown rice, salmon.
Apple and banana.

Snack:
Small skinny capuccino (remaining HEa).
4 x mini eggs (3 syns).

Tea:
2 boiled eggs.
Mixed frozen berries and a shape yoghurt.

Total syns: 3

So a great day for me. I popped into the Pepperberry shop on the way home (part of Bravissimo, they make clothes for big boobed women) and bought a cardi and two tops in smaller sizes for when I'm a couple of stone lighter. There's method in my madness, they don't have their ranges about for long and they are all items I'd get loads of wear out, and can dress up, down etc. Cost £110, but they fit do nicely and its so nice to have clothes which are flattering, rather than pulling and stretching in all the wrong places. Plus, its basically my Xmas and birthday money from last year that I've been saving. Still have £40 left too. Yay!

Also had a much better day in work today. Concentration still really bad and didn't really achieve much, but felt much more my old self.

Settling down now and watching the snooker. Early start tomorrow, so I've committed a cardinal syn and haven't prepared lunch. I've decided to treat myself to a jacket potato and salad from the canteen at work instead.

Hey chica! Great to see you. I do feel much better today thanks, it was a pretty productive day, though my scatterbrainedness is a source of great amusement. :). Will catch up on yours soon xx

Have prepared my lunch and breakfast for work tomorrow, so at least that's all sorted (and all free too!)

Supernoodles, 2 eggs scrambled with tomatoes on a bed of salad leaves. (sounds odd, but it was quick and surprisingly tasty).

Lunch and breakfast prepared for tomorrow, make up removed, all ready for an early night.

Morning chica - back from the UK . . . very sodden. But enjoying the inseasonable weather here in Spain. It's been 28c today! Phew.
Well done on the 3 lbs loss - that's a great result!
I'm not doing too well - big gain in UK so back on plan with a vengeance for me!
 
Hey Bev - yes I saw you had a gain - but you'll sort that out in no time. Patience and all that! And hey, it was worth it, it's not every day you get to spend in the pissing rain in good old Blighty after all, hey? ;-)

I've gone and left my phone at home, so am sneaking on the internet at work quickly to write my food up (doing this as I go along really helps ensure I don't lose sight of what I've had, cliche but true!).

Still craving chocolate and all things sweet - I am assuming this is more PMS, so I wish it would crack on so I can stop craving crap! ;-) It's now only ten to two, and I have eaten all my food pre-tea and yet I could eat more! I guess it will have to be lots of herbal teas in a hope that that satisifies my appetite a little.

Weigh in tomorrow morning. Am really nervous. I've been good on the plan, but assuming I am due on shortly, my weight loss is never good in that week. So I'm gunning for 2lbs off, I'd be happy with that, but I would be disappointed with less given how hard I've worked over the past couple of weeks. I think I'll bear in mind weigh in when I make dinner tonight, I don't want anything too stodgy that will be sitting on my tummy come tomorrow morning. Maybe a couple of boiled eggs and some fruit? Still, if it is less (or god forbid a gain) I know that I just need to keep doing what I'm doing, and it will all catch up eventually. Just like it did last year!

Tea:
6 syn free sausages, salad leaves, savoury rice.
2 apples.

So much for a light tea. But I'm bloody ravenous. At least its all on plan I guess. Ho hum.

Pinkie - if * week is due then that probably explains the STS.
Don't give up - just keep plodding on and you should have a good whoosh next week.
 
Hey Pinkie - hope you're not stressing about the STS, as you say, it could just take a couple weeks to be rewarded. If this is your low week, then a STS is a great achievement :)

Hey girls. Well I wasn't great, but I'm back in the office today and trying to be good. I did however go for a 3 mile run on Sunday. First time since Jan, so I'm pleased with that. I'm still so exhausted all the time though.
