I've gone and left my phone at home, so am sneaking on the internet at work quickly to write my food up (doing this as I go along really helps ensure I don't lose sight of what I've had, cliche but true!).
Breakfast:
Small skinny capucinno (HEa)
Branflakes (HEb), mixed fruit, shape 0 yoghurt.
Snack:
Roll of Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocos (they were giving them away at work) - 12.5 syns.
Apple.
Banana.
Lunch:
Spinach, savoury rice, tin of tuna.
Snack:
Apple
Banana
Small skinny capuccino (remaining HEa)
Tea:
No idea yet!!!

Still craving chocolate and all things sweet - I am assuming this is more PMS, so I wish it would crack on so I can stop craving crap! ;-) It's now only ten to two, and I have eaten all my food pre-tea and yet I could eat more! I guess it will have to be lots of herbal teas in a hope that that satisifies my appetite a little.
Weigh in tomorrow morning. Am really nervous. I've been good on the plan, but assuming I am due on shortly, my weight loss is never good in that week. So I'm gunning for 2lbs off, I'd be happy with that, but I would be disappointed with less given how hard I've worked over the past couple of weeks. I think I'll bear in mind weigh in when I make dinner tonight, I don't want anything too stodgy that will be sitting on my tummy come tomorrow morning. Maybe a couple of boiled eggs and some fruit? Still, if it is less (or god forbid a gain) I know that I just need to keep doing what I'm doing, and it will all catch up eventually. Just like it did last year!
Tea:

So much for a light tea. But I'm bloody ravenous. At least its all on plan I guess. Ho hum.
