I got my cooked breakfast :) but for an expensive 8.5 syns. Could only find 2.5 syn sausages, so I had 2, 3 syns for 15g cheese melted in my tomatoes & half a syn for spread on my 1 toast ( half of HEB )

All together I had bacon, cheese, mushroom, egg, sausages, tomatoes, toast.

Stuffed!

8.5/15 eek!

was naughty last night so as minimal syns as possible next few days!!

I know the feeling, want to go out but feel guilty lol. I don't have any advice because I don't count syns on weekends that I drink or go out usually... But it alway worked for me when I lost 4st..

Had a really late lunch today but was worth it, I'm so full. After my amazing meatballs last night I thought I would do the same but make them into burgers instead. So made 2 burgers with salad and Sw chips. The only syns were the fiery ketchup 1syn and 1/2 syn for extra light mayo.

10 syns so far today. And only had 2 coffees. Been drinking cherry Pepsi max instead.

I've just got home from work and snacking on some new potatoes! Can't decide what to have :)

Whohoo go you! I'm on 11.5 syns lol.. Not had tea yet, but might just do pasta n sauce or rice and have fruit before or after as my 1/3 superfree, can't be bothered cook veg now lol.

Snacks - 2 mini milk lollies (3 syns)
Ww dessert yogurt

Drinks - only 3 coffees!!!
Cherry Pepsi max

I've woken up hungry too, bring it on! I've managed to make meals all week without running out of shopping too, apart from the bacon and sausage yesterday. I usually run out quickly or fresh things don't get used on time. I've cooked my ass off every day lol :D

But so far I've had...

Breakfast - SW quiche with half a tin of beans.
A banana and an orange.

I've just had a cup of tea with two Fox's munch biscuits at 3 syns :)

Just had my 4th cooked brekki of the week lol oops.. 8.5 syns again. But managed it yesterday :)

I can't help but weigh myself! 3lbs down the scales said this morning lol so that's a bit better. Will see what they officially say tomorrow. :)

The brekki is within the syns, well within so you are fine :) one of the best things on this diet all the big breakfasts ha! It's my favey meal xx
 
Yeah I tend to use my syns on my meals so it doesn't feel like I can't have things. I prefer big meals to snacking lol.

Chicken in the oven, carrots, potatoes & green beans prepared, dinner is on it's way :D
 
Chicken dinner cooked and demolished. Counting it as about 4 syns because the Yorkshire pudding is 2syns, used extra light spread in the mash, between 4 of us I'm counting it as half a syn and the gravy is 1 syn made as directed but I added 2 extra spoons because it wasn't thick enough. 4 should more than cover it.

12.5/15 eeeeek. Thinking a chilli con carne as a late tea later maybe, all free so I won't go over syns.. 2.5 left for the day.

Having a late tea again. Just cooking syn free chilli con carne, chucked in a handful or 2 of mixed peppers to boost superfree food.

Weigh in in the morning.. Eek!

I'll try not be too disappointed if its anything less than 4lbs off, I'll just expect a bigger loss next week I suppose. My Boyf said that because we ate loads of crap last week before starting Sw that our bodies are probably still storing fat at the same time losing it with Sw. Even though he's lost 8lbs so far lol.. But has a bit more to lose than me.

So here's to my last meal before weigh in... I'll wish myself good luck and it's been a great week :D gone really fast!

14/15 syns! I might add up how many for the week soon but doubt there will be much left over lol.
 
Just counted up and saved about 25.5/105 syns :) better than I thought!
