Ended up cooking yet another breakfast when i got home lol, i can't help it, i just love them! Had 1 sugar in a brew at my Aunt's

2.5/15 today so far and that's all i have eaten.

Oh i've given up the usual 15g cheese on my breakfasts too, saves me 3 syns every time :-D

It's when I have days out and about, I'm totally CRAP at preparing myself something to take with me. If I had to make a salad in the morning to take out with me I'd quite literally feel sick because I wouldn't fancy it at the time lol. Stupid I know..

But i caught up on breakfast and lunch..

Cooked breakfast of bacon, 2 ww sausages (1), half a tin of tomatoes, 1 egg, 1 wm toast with extra like spread (0.5)

Coffee with 1 sugar (1)

Fridge raiders (2)

Savoury rice and a banana..

(Just had to repeat all of that to make sure I had actually eaten today because it feels like I haven't. Maybe Sw is just becoming a way of life naturally lol)

So yep! 4.5 syns :D

Thinking about making burgers chips and salad again for tea tonight, all free except the mayo I'll probably have lol.

Cut out cheese this week and TRYING to cut down on the coffee, might just start measuring milk which would make sense then I can have as many coffees as it allows lol. I usually forget to use my separate milk though and all goes down bank from there.

I'm on 7.5/15 syns. Had steak sauce with burgers (2) and half a bag of boyf's fridge raiders (1)

I get 250g extra lean mince
Onion chopped really small
Red chilli de seeded and chopped
1 egg
Salt & pepper

Whisk egg and mix everything together really well, make meatballs, squash them down and grill using fry light. They are really nice with chips and salad. I was really full after. I just use a knife and fork with them, instead of using a bap.

Sound lush! I Make mine with red onion and mixed herbs and plenty pepper! I'm gonna have some soon I think! So skint I can't afford to make proper meals at the moment though :(

Feels naughty eating burger and chips 3:)


I was kinda lucky last week to have £120 odd for food shopping, this week only had £30 but spent £50 oops, I just stock up on tinned tomatoes, chicken & minced beef, oh and the mugshots, pasta n sauce and savoury rice. Luckily most of the recipes I've done contain the same ingredients and I buy smart price when I can, and my cupboard is BURSTING with herbs and spices, can't open it without the oregano or paprika jumping out at you lol.

I sound pathetic when I say I'm too poor to go to group, but I can barely even afford the food some weeks. Luckily I have a tesco express near by me so if I get a bit if money I get essentials from there.

Just thought I would show these too. 1 st pic I was 16st 7lbs, the pic joined on was after I'd lost a bit and the next 2 are 12st something pics. If be happy to get back to that. Noway am I going back to first pic! 12 stone here we come!!!

Feels naughty eating burger and chips 3:)

It does my head in weighing so much more than other people who are actually bigger than me but it's got to be my height.

I remember my first pair of size 12 jeans. I ran out of next changing rooms screaming hysterically to my sister, she had to explain to everyone I wasn't mad, that I'd just lost 4st and never been a size 12 lol, turned into a bloody awards ceremony everyone congratulating me haha. Can't wait get back into them 12's! 12 is the magic number!!!
 
Ooh 5th aug is my daughters birthday, hopefully I will be in that 12 range by then even if it's 12st 13lbs haha. Doesn't seem that far away when I think how quickly birthdays come around :D might join ya on the August thing!

Good idea isn't it!! We should both aim for 12st for August!! And see how close we get! I believe we can do it! Xx

I must up my exercise though, last time I did Zumba on the wii until my kids used it as a frisbee and damaged it lol, might try and get it cheaper now the trend has died a little. I've got a gym right across the road from me but don't like going alone , my friends are either skinny or live too far away lol.

Maybe I could walk the cat ;) pmsl

I'm just cooking some cod with basil ad mixed herbs sprinkled on :) with 1/2 pack cheese and brocolli pasta and some steamed veg! Yum yum
God I'm a fatty!

skimmed milk is 350 or 375ml I think! Not sure about semi! Xx

Cooking Sw chicken curry for tea with rice and Sw chips I think, all of that is free also. Looks like I'm saving syns today!
