Lots of Jades on here lol.

I've just used my last syn on 2 measly Haribo sweets haha feel dead naughty!

So I'm thinking... And it hurts! When I go Alton Towers on Friday, do I be good.. As in taking a slimming world sandwich with me, diet cokes when I get there and a mini fillet burger from kfc (15 syns gone) and a syn free tea? Can I do it I wonder lol.. I wouldn't usually be so strict but I'm drinking Saturday night and know I will regret having 2 days off... My Boyf said he's not being strict on Friday or Saturday but I previously lost 4st and put 2st back on so I want to try my best!

Shopping today, only got about £30 to do it with though for the week :'(

Thank you. Going to try cutting out coffee this week so I don't use as much milk.. I bet the 20odd syns I saved last week went on milk in my brews lol.

Boyf lost 5lbs too.
 
Oh and just had yet another cooked brekki haha... Missed out the cheese though.

1.5 syns for the whole thing.
 
Well done on the fab loss Jade! Save some of your weekly syns for Alton Towers then you don't feel like your missing out too much. You could pop a hexb cereal bar in your handbag for when the munchies strike too. x
 
Thank you. Going try to stick to my plan but save syns through the week just incase I'm tempted lol.

Had 1 toast with breakfast and an Alpen light so there's my HEB gone.

Just cooking ragu and rigatoni. Lots of superfree peppers onions and tomatoes in there. Syn free.

Snacked on fridge raiders earlier (2 syns) so

3.5/15 so far.

Hiya and welcome. I've been cooking recipes from the Sw website since last Monday.

My ragu dish was loverrerrrrly, so full up. Didn't realise rigatoni swelled up so much lol cooked too much pasta!

Munched 2 Haribo sweets earlier (1syn) so I'm on 4.5syns today.

Skipped a meal today so just about to have scrambled egg on 1 toast with extra light spread (3.5) and an Alpen light bar (3) will just munch a piece of fruit or something after to make up for superfree.

Gosh that's gonna take me to 11 syns! Ah well..
 
I'm not, as long as I'm under. Just a big jump 4.5-11 lol. Ate it, enjoyed it, synned it! :)
 
Go for it lol. Not had time for breakfast so probably won't eat til dinner time now. Hectic day, kids to school, go and clean for my aunt, pick kids up early and take eldest opticians.. Dieting is so much easier when I'm home all day lol.
