Had my Sw curry, Sw chips and boiled rice. All free. So still on 0.5/15 today. Curry sauce wasn't as thick as I'd hoped though but still nice.
I'm sure it was 250ml I will double check my old book when I find it lol.

Cooking Sw chicken curry for tea with rice and Sw chips I think, all of that is free also. Looks like I'm saving syns today!
Add a bag of French fries 4.5 syns. 8/15. Think that's it for the night now.
Decided I'm going to weigh on a Friday from this Friday coming too with having a plan unfriendly weekend lol. But any other weekend will just be a drink 1 night a week tops.

Just cooking philli garlic and herb chicken wrapped in bacon with Sw chips and lots of lettuce, onion & spring onion

Not at all it's a quick one to make.
Make a pocket in a chicken breast, weigh out 28g philli light any flavour u like, stuff the pocket with the philli, wrap the chicken in bacon, wrap it in tin foil and bake on 200 for 30 mins. It's a favourite on my house lol. I serve it with Sw chips and salad.
The chips take 30 mins in actifry and the chicken takes 30 mins, so it's a no brainer I'd usually have extra light mayo with it but I'm getting used to salad on its own now lol.
