Had my Sw curry, Sw chips and boiled rice. All free. So still on 0.5/15 today. Curry sauce wasn't as thick as I'd hoped though but still nice.
 
I'm sure it was 250ml I will double check my old book when I find it lol.

That sounds nice and I'm not even that much for fish lol!

Had a mugshot for lunch and a banana.

Cooking Sw chicken curry for tea with rice and Sw chips I think, all of that is free also. Looks like I'm saving syns today!

It's 250ml semi skimmed as a hex a huni :)

I've just had an Alpen light for 3 syns so 3.5 in total. Just using the last of my milk on a coffee now.
 
Add a bag of French fries 4.5 syns. 8/15. Think that's it for the night now.

Decided I'm going to weigh on a Friday from this Friday coming too with having a plan unfriendly weekend lol. But any other weekend will just be a drink 1 night a week tops.

I'm off to Alton towers Friday and drinks at home Saturday night because my kids go their dads until Sunday afternoon : D break!

I've just thrown a quiche together.

Tub of quark
3 eggs
Onion
Tomato
Red chillies
Bacon
Salt
Pepper
30g cheese (6 syns)

Threw all the veg and bacon in a baking tray, mixed egg, quark, salt and pepper and 15g cheese together and spooned it over the veg and bacon, topped with other 15g cheese and baked on 200 for 30 mins.

It was nice! I had half for 3syns.

Was worried it would taste like omelette which I'm not much for, but it didn't, my kitchen smells of quiche now and it's making me hungrier lol. Really nice! Chillies give it a kick.

11/15 syns.

Ran out of bread without noticing so no toast today.

Had an Alpen light and ww yogurt earlier and nothing since. Went on my driving lesson but got caught short because daughter felt ill again at school N now were expecting snow and winds for tomorrow so might not be going alton towers :( £90 down the drain if so.. And their Dad won't be picking them up if it snows because he lives 2 busses away.. There goes my weekend lol :(

Just cooking philli garlic and herb chicken wrapped in bacon with Sw chips and lots of lettuce, onion & spring onion :)

Not at all it's a quick one to make.


Make a pocket in a chicken breast, weigh out 28g philli light any flavour u like, stuff the pocket with the philli, wrap the chicken in bacon, wrap it in tin foil and bake on 200 for 30 mins. It's a favourite on my house lol. I serve it with Sw chips and salad.

The chips take 30 mins in actifry and the chicken takes 30 mins, so it's a no brainer :) I'd usually have extra light mayo with it but I'm getting used to salad on its own now lol.
 
Oh I had a round of bread and spread too with my tea.. So 3.5/15 today! Naughty me skipping half a syn lol.

It's snowing :( oh well, will have to check in the morning. Hoping if I can't get there that they will change the dates so I can go another time, or I've lost £90.

Yeah gonna weigh in the morning and see how I get on, probably weigh Monday too to see how much damage it's really done lol. Boyf had a sneaky weigh tonight and he's lost another 5lb!! 10lb in total in less than 2 weeks, that should be even lower by tomorrow.

I know, bacon twice on a diet, shocking lol :)
