hi jaly foods looking good x it's quite interesting seeing the cals of the different food ur eating i just do not have the patience to work it all out lol,glad exam went well, have a good day tomorrow xx
 
Gotta be in school for 7:30 tomorrow! Fun! English lit exam :-( I use MyFitnessPal to track calories and propoints to stop me becoming too calorie-counting obsessed! I've found I don't really have to deny myself anything I fancy, if I want a choc bar for example, I go and burn some cals on the wii and then have the choc as a reward, that way, i'm not doing any damage ;) x My family are being more supportive and trying to eat more healthily themselves too (e.g. buying lean mince/ww yogurts!)

Not really too fussed about not eating all my PP today, eaten about 7 portions of fruit and it's 2pm lol :p

My Mum wants to lose some weight for her wedding so we're eating extra healthily in front of her etc ;) she's stopped buying white bread too!
