Just had some 'healthy' homemade macaroni cheese - 12pp and 472cal, opps :p tasted very nice though and contained 37g of protein ^^

Re-evaluated my weight etc and decided that I'm not eating enough and that I actually don't need to lose anymore weight to be happy in the body I'm in. Planning on eating a little bit less than my maintenance calories/propoints as a couple of lbs off won't hurt but I'm a healthy weight and size and so I should just be happy and stop trying to improve something which doesn't need improving!

Yum to the macaroni cheese :0) am glad you feel ready/happy enough to maintain now :0) well done on all the hard work you put in :0)

Good news on deciding you are happy elwhete you are - a bit more freedom with food is nice and exercise to tone up a little can do wonders too about helping us feel better in our bodies even if we stay same weight. Well done on your great losses in such a short time!

Ooh macaroni cheese is one of my favourites :-D x

Well, I made a sauce using low-fat natural yogurt, low-fat soft cheese, low-fat cottage cheese, an egg for binding and 20g reduced fat extra mature cheddar, whisked that until a thick sauce then added to cooked pasta and popped it in the oven with sprinkled cheese on top until crispy - yum! Might add some veg/chicken to it next time :)

Had roast gammon for lunch, mmm!

Went to the gym this morning - only burned 200 cals :( tripped on my lace on the treadmill and whacked my head and arm, both are blue and very cut :-( a friendly man gave me a hand up though!

Ouch that sounds painful. Hope you are ok.

Macaroni cheese sounds yum. I have been making it by melting low fat phili in the macaroni and grating cheese on top. It's nice but not as rich as normal macaroni cheese so will give it a go. It's one of my favourite meals :)
