Hey Hun just popped my to say hi you've done so well I'm glad your at a point where your happy with yourself it's all to easy to become obsessed happy revising xx

think I'm going to start increasing the amount I eat/eating back more of my exercise cals before I stop tracking in about a couple of weeks :)

Had some decentish meals today so I'll record them :p 1370cal for the day ^^

Breakfast:

Shredded Wheat
Grape Nuts
Banana
Milk

Morning:

Grapes
Apple

Lunch:

Parsnip + Broccoli "mash"
Ham + Cottage cheese sandwich on wholemeal bread
Mini twister lolly

Afternoon:

Frube yogurt (frozen.. mmm!) better than an ice lolly imo!

Dinner:

Ham sandwich on wholemeal seeded bread (first time i've had margarine in 2 months lol)
Lamb chops, peas, new potatoes
 
Good for you him your so young you need to be enjoying your life not obsessing over cals etc xxx
 
Thats great chick - you now know how to make healthy choices and obsessing over calories or points isn't very healthy - making better food choices is and I'm sure you will do well :) x
 
I agree, u Dnt need to be obsessing over cals, especially with ur exams!! Uve done so well and I know u are Deffo capable of making right food choices! Well done chick xxx

So busy with all of the studying though! :S

Not weighing my food but today I've had:

Breakfast:

Scrambled egg on wholemeal toast
Apple
Grapes

Lunch:

Chicken breast
Low-fat soft cheese
Parsnips
Peas

Afternoon:

Pear
WW fromage frais

Dinner:

Wholemeal pitta bread pizza with cheese, ham and sweetcorn
Frube yogurt

Evening:

Low-fat natural yogurt with grape nuts, sultanas and brazil nuts, mmm! <3
