Just having a peek at ur diary.. I've gone from exante (VLCD) to Ww, exante is too hard to maintain.. I love food too muchhh lol!.. Anyway just thought i'd drop u a note.. to say well done :) you've done amazing! reading ur diary has inspired me to keep going weight loss can't be achieved i just need will power and a kick up the backside haha!! :)

How long did it take you to lose ur fist stone anddd had you been on any other diets before hand??

Don't give up now! x I started just healthy eating about 4-5months before I started WW but I found myself craving bad foods, denying myself them and then binging on them at the weekend lol :p

I like calorie counting more than WW but, WW has helped me to become more active etc ;)

It took me about 2 1/2 months to lose my first stone but that wasn't with WW xx

Having a good day :) A friend noticed and complimented my weight loss which is always nice!

Mum bought me some high heels for her wedding - Buy Ivory Ruched Dangle Sandals from the Next UK online shop these but in silver, I love them :)

Feeling very full and only had 1097cal so far, with 3 portions of wholegrain, 7 portions fruit/veg, 77g protein and 2 portions low-fat dairy :D and target for today is 1871 due to exercise (plus I've already had 2 treats today! Yay! Might have the nuts out of my graze box with some dried fruit :))

PS: my Mum wants to lose weight so she can fit into her wedding dress, but she doesn't want to have to weigh portions - any tips? She's about 15st and can't do any exercise other than walking as she's recovering from a hysterectomy. I would recommend SF but I think I need to ease her into it somehow.

My mum started by just switching to the lower fat products and weight watchers products and reducing her portion sizes and lost 5lbs in her first week - she has lost 13lbs so far (slow as she has a thyroid problem too) but its a start.
 
Cute shoes, yeh simply filling is great pretty much no measuring required and you can eat loads of "normal" food and then still have weeklies for treats x
 
That's great that your Mum is on a weight loss mission and you are there to help her out.Love the shoes,you will look amazing :0) nice aswell that your friend commented on your weight loss :0)
 
Hi jaly it's good someone has noticed ur weight loss shows how well u have done x re ur mum would def say tell her to follow sf very easy to follow free crumpets, ww petit pains, bagels, wraps & bread, shredded wheat, porridge & puffed wheat r free cereals so is skimmed milk :) I love following it but doing pp's this week to get a sense of portion size as mine have been way too big ;-) hope ur having a great day xx

I would say about ur mum as said before, go low fat products, ww items and smaller portions :)
