Thank you ladies, I am feeling pretty full yep but I will try and use some weeklies over the weekend, planning a very unhealthy yet very yummy dinner (ham, cheese and pastry bake.. delicious!) which should use up some points ;)

Breakfast: (had a 'lie in' - 8am, so didn't have a chance to eat much) - 1pp

1 slice brown bread + ham

Lunch: 5pp

Brussels, cauliflower, chicken breast with low-fat soft cheese

Afternoon: 4pp

Ice pop
Frozen frube yog
Milkyway crispy rolls

Dinner: 13pp

Ham, reduced fat mozzarella cheese, reduced fat pastry - 8pp
low-fat chips - 5pp
green beans

Dessert: 3pp

2 teaspoons quark mousse :(
Homemade apple puff (pastry, cinnamon, apple, sweetener)

Supper: 3pp

Porridge with cinnamon + cranberry sauce

Exercise:


Pulse raisers: 5mins trampolining, 70 star jumps
Walking: To and around Sainsburys and back with shopping, dropping off brother at youth centre
Cycling: 20mins (to and back from riverside) with brother and sister :)
Abs: 50 crunches/20 abdominal leg lifts

Yummy to the bacon and cheese sandwich :0) good luck for grading.Yea I had to over come my weeklies phobia,it's so much better when you do.You need to get into maintaining mode try adding them gradually,see if that helps :0)
 
I got the belt - yay! :D I'll upload a picture of me in my karate uniform when I get around to taking one! Had a lovely day, didnt eat until 6pm after breakfast as I was out all day though :S Had a bbq to make up for it tho - yum!! Spent the evening at my uncle's house and sleeping here tonight :)

Calories for today: 1298 (I know it's low but I'm stuffed :p)
Weeklies used today: 1/48, 47 remaining for tomorrow!
Pro-points used today: 33/32pp

Breakfast: (7pp) - 2 plums (0), bacon medallions, low-fat soft cheese + 2 slices brown bread (7pp) (kept me very full tho tbh!)

BBQ: (19pp) - 2 wholemeal rolls (9pp), 1 beef grillsteak (4pp), 1 sausage (3pp), 2 cheese slices (3pp)

Evening treats (7pp) - Jammie wagon wheel (yum!) (4pp), Twix ice cream bar (3pp)

Had a really lovely day :) hope everyone else has also!
