I echo that. I'm really concerned you aren't eating enough and losing more weight. You really don't need to..... Try eating bigger portions or bulking up with full fat drinks/milk but you will fade away at this rate and that bridesmaid dress will hang off you x

Great news about the belt!!! That's amazing! Can't wait for the pic :)

I'm struggling with maintenance. Lost 3lbs last week and 1 lb this week. I'm not upset as its a loss instead of a gain but I don't really want to lose more!! It's so hard!

Oily food annoys me. It's just a horrible taste. It wouldn't kill them to grill the chicken!!!
 
Food looks very tasty. Karate shots look good too, well done!

You may be feeling queasy because of the quite high fat intake all in one go after sticking to low fat. Also, as you say you have had a pretty busy few days. and the 'come-down' after something like the karate grading can hit hard too. I reckon drink plenty of water and rest as much as you can.
