Breakfast: 2 weetabix (122cal/3pp), apple (72cal/0pp), banana (97cal/0pp), 100ml ss milk (49cal/1pp)
Lunch: apple (72cal/0pp), 2 x best of both bread (188cal/5pp), marg (35cal/1pp), 2 slices thick ham (56cal/2pp)
Afternoon: (Shattered! This was 6 o'clock and i was starving! Grabbed some relatively healthy snacks tho ) choc orange cereal bar (80cal/2pp), 100g grapes (62cal/0pp)
Dinner: Wholegrain rice (206cal/5pp), 15g soft cheese (36cal/1pp), 3 slices wafer thin ham (33cal/1pp), choc mousse (85cal/2pp), 2 plums (44cal/0pp), just did an english essay and really craved choc - penguin (needed to use up all pp anyway! ) (106cal/3pp)
Revising aye Had a really good day foodwise tho, (so far!) lots of weeklies left if I fancy a treat!! walked around Sainsburys STARVING and resisted the urge to pick anything up! Burned 393 calories through walking/just dance today too!!
