Busy day for you,hope you enjoy it(maybe not the revising part)lol weather is lovely today so good to be out and about in it :0)
 
Planning on having a junk free day - feel guilty about the cornetto and penguin :(

So far exercise wise:

160 side leg raises on each leg
60 calf raises on each leg (with arm stretches (1.5kg))
10 abdominal leg raises (hate those!) :p
60 sit ups
6 x 60 sec wall sits (these kill but are really good for toning!)
22 lunges on each leg
70 vertical 'knee to elbow'
105 squats

Gonna do some more revision then I'll do some cardio after lunch :)

Sunday: 25/26pp, 49 weeklies remaining, 1187 cal

Brekkie: 2 Weetabix (122cal/2pp), ss milk (49cal/1pp), plum (22cal/0pp)
Morning: plum (22cal/0pp), pear (52cal/0pp), apple (48cal/0pp)
Lunch: breaded fish (192cal/5pp), spaghetti in tomato sauce (124cal/3pp), (real comfort food! mm!) ww yog (54cal/1pp)
Afternoon: apple (50cal/0pp), feeling really hungry but opted for some frozen veg (cooked ofc :p) (27cal/1pp)
Evening: orange (39cal/0pp), cheese string (66cal/2pp), 2 crumpets (170cal/5pp), dipped in a soft egg, yum! (69cal/2pp), ski lemon meringue mousse (delish!) (61cal/2pp)

1 point under, not too fussed :)
