So far exercise wise:
160 side leg raises on each leg
60 calf raises on each leg (with arm stretches (1.5kg))
10 abdominal leg raises (hate those!)
40 sit ups
5 x 60 sec wall sits (these kill but are really good for toning!)
22 lunges on each leg
70 vertical 'knee to elbow'
90 squats
Gonna do some more revision then I'll do some cardio after lunch
