Hehe, I shall have to make them colourful again soon! I do enjoy sf :)

Good luck with all of the studying etc! x 2 degrees, now that's impressive!

A-levels are all going fine, got my first Psychology report back and it's an A*, woo!

Now my hip is better, my foot really hurts :/ Typical!

Woo well done on the report :0)

Haha! I like your thinking Daisy! I think I'm going to let my uncle/aunt choose! Had a very yummy but probably very calorific oreo cupcake in English, choc sponge with choc frosting in the centre and on top.. delish! Will make sure I turn down the cake offering in philosophy though! :p

Foot's feeling better, yay :)

Cakes sound lovely, a little bit of indulgence is good for the mind, a blow out once in a blue moon won't do you any harm. Enjoy!!
Glad to hear your foot is a lot better, have a good weekend hun xx

Glad your foot is better, food sounds yum..loving those treats :0)
Good idea to let them pick.. If I was your Aunt I'd still say all three lol ;0)

Just had some of my Grandmother's leftover stew for tea, comfort food at it's best, yummy :) Potatoes, steak, various different veg/beans etc with a slice of bread! Not sure how SF this'd be but it didn't have any dumplings in it so I'll just count 3 weeklies for the gravy! So nice to be able to eat the same as everyone else and not stress about calculating points etc ;)

Day 5: 28/90 weeklies remaining!

Breakfast: Egg, 2 slices wholemeal toast, 1/2 Banana
Morning: Apple, Clementine, Oreo cupcake (I did resist the choc cake offered in Philosophy though!) :p - wasn't too big so 5 points seems reasonable!
Lunch: Ham sandwich on wholemeal bread (1 for margarine)
Dinner: Beef/potato/veg/bean stew with a slice of wholemeal bread (2 for gravy!)
Drinks: Water
Exercise: Walk to/from school (70ish mins), 20mins Just Dance

May eat something else later if I'm hungry though :) Getting better at this listening to my body thing!

and so I did..

Supper: WW fromage frais (1), Muller corner with bio-yoghurt + granola (4), means I have 14 weeklies each day for both Sat and Sun - eaten quite a bit today though and not feeling guilty about the treats, yay!

You have said the key words there Libby, eating the same as everyone else & not stressing & may eat later if I'm hungry. Look at how much you've come on in the last few weeks, well done!! That is positivity :)
Have a great weekend, keep up the good work xx

Hmm, I'll claw back 1 weekly from the gravy and count it as 2 then and use the weekly to have a yoghurt later :p

YUM to stew.. I love it but no point making a big pot of it for just me :(
I agree with Daisy on the soup PP's... I'd wreckon its only 1

Aww, fancy having me over and you can make some for the both of us? :p

Aww, thank you Hazel! Wouldn't have been possible without all of your amazing support/encouragement/inspiration though! ^^ :) Having my eyebrows threaded tomorrow morning, haha, dreading it! :p Hopefully the results will be worth it though!
Got quite a lot of homework but I've managed to do quite a bit already this evening thankfully :)
