Think it's just bought, bit of a hectic weekend for my grandparents' as my cousins are over no doubt :) I'm such a novice - I had to google a recipe for white sauce for the lasagne and felt so silly when I realised how simple it was, haha!

I'm always googling lots of things ;0)

Thanks Val! Thinking of having a pp week as dinners will all be rushed due to everyone being busy with weddingy stuff and Saturday will be completely off-plan :)

Dinner was delish, didn't have any potatoes/cheese sauce so still got a few weeklies this week/a bit more to eat today to hit my cal goal - apple strudel and custard though, yum!

My Grandad had some over-ripe bananas he was going to throw away but I made them into banana muffins instead! He didn't have any eggs but surprisingly they turned out to be quite good (from what I hear - don't fancy one myself tbh!) :)

Got a phone call - got an interview for the job I applied for, woohoo! :p On Thursday 11th :)

Wow amazing news. And you will look gorgeous - you already are :)

That's brilliant news, I'm so pleased for you Libby :-D :-D
I'll be thinking about you on Thursday, I'm sure you'll knock them dead!! I'm excited for you lol.
Stop knocking yourself, you are beautiful, inside & out.
Another busy week ahead of you then, I wish you a good one xx

Yay! Thank you all ladies!

For tea I made a quark quiche.. was planning on eating 1/4, maybe 1/2... it tasted so good I ate the entire thing lol, enough to serve about 6 people I think! :p So full now :)

For anyone on a low-carb diet.. 59g of protein, 390 cal and only 6g of carbs in the whole thing, I'm a pig but half of it with some salad etc is a perfectly filling meal for only 5pp!

Day 7: Weeklies Remaining: 7/90

Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast with olive spread (could probably count this as my oil allowance tbh :p) (1),
1/2 banana
Morning:
Apple
Lunch: Roast beef (sandwich slices), Roast pork (yum!),
Cauliflower, Carrots, Gravy (1)
Dessert: Apple strudel + custard (7)
Afternoon:
Kiwi + WW fromage frais (1)
Dinner:
Mixed veg + enough chicken and cheese quiche to feed 6 people :p (3 for cheese)
Dessert:
Apple + pear snack bag (had sugar cravings!)
Drinks: 2 cans coke zero, water
Exercise: None really - little bit of walking/playing with the kids

Most weeklies I've used so far so pretty happy with that :) Feeling so full! Bit of a protein overload in that quiche tbh.. eaten 138g of protein today!

Lots of protein! But protein important! Looks like another delicious day of food!

How do you make your quiche? Crust or crust less?

Food looks great and you will looking gorgeous at the wedding!

Thank you all! :) I used wafer thin ham as a sort of 'base' for the quiche purple, but sometimes i use filo pastry.

Had a very, very tiring day tbh, and to top it all off, got so much hw to do, yay!

Not sure of what I'm doing dietwise this week, thinking it'll be a week off tracking/counting but still throwing estimates into MFP :)

Breakfast: Cheerios, SS milk, Banana
Morning: Apple/pear snack bag
Lunch: Ham sandwich on wholemeal bread
Afternoon: Apple
Dinner: Roast pork cooked in gravy, Parsnips, New potatoes
'Dessert': Kiwi
Supper: Oats + honey granola bar, Frube, Quark, Sweetener, Nuts + Raisins, WW fromage frais (Totm looming, felt very snacky this evening, made decent-ish decisions though :p)

Where to begin?! Philosophy, Psychology, Maths, English or Global hw? The enlightening decisions I have to make in my life!
