Boo to hw,shame on a day were its been tiring! Oh and a kiwi isn't dessert btw ;p
Exciting weekend coming up for you,is it chaos at home?
 
Thank you all! :) I used wafer thin ham as a sort of 'base' for the quiche purple, but sometimes i use filo pastry.

Had a very, very tiring day tbh, and to top it all off, got so much hw to do, yay!

Not sure of what I'm doing dietwise this week, thinking it'll be pp (estimations though) with the weekend off :)

Breakfast: Cheerios (3), SS milk (1), Banana (0)
Morning: Apple/pear snack bag (0)
Lunch: Ham sandwich on wholemeal bread (7)
Afternoon: Apple
Dinner: Roast pork cooked in gravy (10 - maybe a bit of an overestimate), Parsnips (2), New potatoes (1)
'Dessert': Kiwi (0)

Total: 24/32pp, will make sure I have some supper later though!

Where to begin?! Philosophy, Psychology, Maths, English or Global hw? The enlightening decisions I have to make in my life!

oh chicken :( lame about the homework! fancy swapping it for my housework? 2 hw that are horrible!

You are one busy little lady & there is no sign of you slowing down!! Pity you have so much homework to do, you've enough to be getting on with as it is lol.
Food sounds good, I even made a little quark quiche myself as you put me in the mood :)
Are you all sorted for the wedding then? xx

Excellent! All organised then. I remember when I got married, I was shattered when it came to the actual wedding with all the running around & organising. It's hectic, enjoyable & worth it :)

Exercise: Walk to/from school/nursery (aunt gave me a lift home!) + 20mins Just Dance

Gonna ditch the food scales and have a week of just 'healthy' eating :) Don't need the stress of weighing stuff tbh!

Estimation: 1620cal, the aim is about 2000 but should average out over the week especially with the wedding etc!

Got even more homework to do, oh the joys! :p Finally not stressing over food (almost at all) - eating food I fancy eating/healthiest choice rather than the lowest calorie option which has got to be a good thing! :) Picking up my bridesmaid dress tomorrow afternoon, really excited! :)

I'm really enjoying Philosophy at the moment though, it isn't 'easy' as such but it's definitely a lot more to my learning style than Physics was :p

Food:

Breakfast: Wholemeal toast soldiers + dippy egg!
Morning: Apple/grape snack pack
Lunch: Ham and cheese panini, Apple
Dinner: Light philly + chicken breast wholemeal wrap with mixed veg
Dessert: WW fromage frais
Post-karate snack: Vanilla yog
Supper: Bacon sandwich (1 slice wholemeal bread, 1 bacon medallion, olive spread), Kiwi

Drinks: Water, Coke zero
Exercise: Walk to/from school, 90min karate lesson

Karate was fun! Dragged on a bit though.. :p

Wedding drama, argh! My Mum has to go and buy a new wedding dress as her's doesnt fit and the jacket she bought is the wrong shade and her shoes now don't match... 3 days until the wedding, eeek!

Nightmare. Hope it all gets sorted. A good wedding has all the hitches beforehand so the day is perfect x
