Really stupid of me , as i should be officially finished with CD, as of tonight.
But cos i need to lose the Xmas gain, i feel i should give 9st 7lbs a go as my target and not 9st 10lbs. So only 3lbs lighter.
Not sure which plan CDC will recommend, if she agrees to my wish to lose more weight. Wish i had set the goal of 9st 7lbs back in November.
If i have a choice, i would go for CD1000.

i've now added mine in too as i've just got back from Wi and I gained 2lbs...boo!! (not toobad cnsidering xmas etc) plus i've changed my target so now i have 10lbs to go.

I have lost 2.5 stone so far but gone haywire over Xmas and New Year. Cruising in six weeks time and need to lose at least another stone.

Starting weight today is 15st 121b approx.

Need to fit into that little black dress!!

Minnie, i notice that you are doing Weight Watchers ( according to your details, or is this an error ). You hope to lose 21lbs by end of June 2009. On the Cambridge Diet the weight loss is a lot faster, so don't despair when you read all of our losses over here in the Cambridge Diet Forum. Good Luck.

LellyCD >>> my WI wasn't nearly as bad as i feared, so put me down for 6lbs for me to reach my new target of 9st 7lbs. Back on CD1200 with two CD sachets a day and food, so not so harsh. Hope this plan will work for those last few pounds.
