hi lelly yes at the mo but only got packs till saturday!! im hoping my cdc will be back to get some more but if shes not then i will have to be very careful what i eat i think it will be chicken, chicken, and more chicken!!

Emabarrassed to say i had to figure out who that was, got it now! she was think thin cd from your team yeah? read the leaving post and it seems a shame to be so close to goal and then stop i must say, can't see that she's joined any other diet though.

Morning all I hope that you are all well.

I had my first WI of the year yesterday and I was -1lb - which is fab as I had taken a brek for a week. I am back in SS (day 3) and back in Ketosis so hoping for a good loss next week.
