I know where you are coming from Jan, big sighs, wouldnt it just be nice to stick to our 3 meals a day and not gain or lose, just stay in a comfortable 3lb range. Sighsssssssssss.
1.8lb loss today putting me right back on target at 10st 7lbs though as I've said I feel best at around 10st 4lbs ish so will keep trying. I'm moving over to the new thread now ...
