I know where you are coming from Jan, big sighs, wouldnt it just be nice to stick to our 3 meals a day and not gain or lose, just stay in a comfortable 3lb range. Sighsssssssssss.

It isn't easy Jan, but you are doing marvellous.
 
Ah thanks Mary. You're doing great too particularly throwing quitting smoking into the equation!!!

Before I went to bed last night I had a Boots shapers bar and a little glass of Amaretto (naughty after the wine but larvely!!!)

Sunday 28th Feb (OMG it's March tomorrow!!!)

Breakie - 1 weetabix, blueberries, splenda & skimmed milk

Lunch - wasted 300 cals on a McDs cheeseburger :( - was the lowest thing I could find that I could stomach.

Tea - Lightly dusted river cobbler with roasted toms, courgette & mushrooms.

Mmmmmm :( - 'eat natural' kids lunchie, slice corned beef & phili light, pkt weight watchers tortillas :( xx
