How did the cleaning and emptying cupboards go?
I think sometimes its hard to throw food or give it away. Just in case lol.
What have you cooked today

Hi AB the cleaning went well all cupboards cleaned and sorted, giving my daughter a shopping bag of rubbish food, only sw food in now asda being delivered tomorrow.
Today made sw breakfast around 11am, for tea had home made fish and chips with mushy peas all sw, hubby loved the fish in breadcrumb all out of the sw mag.

I always enjoy shopping with my girls. We just didn't buy everything on our to do list as the shop either didn't have the right colour or right size. Typical. But my oldest daughter is going into our town on Saturday with her friend so may find what she needs there. I wish they had 2 weeks off school rather than just the one. Nevermind though as it cost me a small fortune buying Starbucks and subway for them today lol

I find it easy in starbucks as I drink black coffee anyway and I love filter coffee. Subway. I have to be strong. Lol. But I was !

Hi AB don't know why I feel deflated feel really down today.
Chris's disability is that he has intractable pain 24/7 with tissue, muscle and nerve damage caused by his left kidney and a cyst the sizeof his fist to blow up into tiny pieces, once they operated on him it took4.5hrs and 6pints of blood he healed badly through the operation, now he can't bend, wash or clothed himself, the operation took away his core, he can't walk more than a few feet without getting out of breath, swells and is in constant pain 24/7 for the rest of his life, he has to be on the bed 90% of the day, he is only 54 and was a workaholic he still hasn't come to terms he is disable, he says once he comes to term he is "disable" he might of well give up even though he can't do anything without being in pain and swollen.


We live in a village call Llansannan.

Thanks for those kind words we've been together 46yrs I was 6 chris was 7 grew up together, school together, went together all through school, and even worked together, we are childhood sweet hearts, my soul mate, its hard when you know the other is down the other person feels it aswell, think that's why I feel deflated because chris is not so good today.

Thinks its because chris is having a really bad day today and it gets to me when he's like this, knowing there is not alot I can do, he's knocked out sleep wise for 12hours at the moment. should be ok tomorrow for both of us.xx

Food been ok, Asda shopping came so ok on that front, need to do more. WI tomorrow. xx

How has today been for you both.?
Its been raining here all day long.!have you had any time to make anything nice?
I really think I need a hobby for the long evenings? A trip up to hobby craft next week I think.
Also while I'm up there I'm nipping to asda to try and get some of these wraps that are now the new healthy extra b.

Morning Ladies yesterday was a bad day for chris, seem to be abit better today, went to my welsh classes this morning learn't a few more words only the second time.

Lost 1.5lb so really pleased. going to do a small picking meal for tea tonight while watching strictly later, made home pea and ham soup for lunch and home made sw scones.

Thanks AB yes its gone so fast, we know what the other person is going to say and we can finish each other sentences, its weird sometimes lol. Yesterday was a bad day but he seems abit better today. xx

The weather is horrid raining none stop and the wind, its very open where we live.
I haven't heard of those wraps will look into it thanks, I get my shopping from asda. xx
