Morning Ladies, planned my meals for the weekend, got another asda shop tomorrow with more healthy eating. Hubby on the programme with me as he wants to lose some weight, so thats better for both of us.:) my charts hanging up in my little studio.

I was on the phone at 10am on the dot (that's when they went on sale) and asked for the same row I had from the last time and I got them fanstatic, really pleased.:clap:

Does anyone know of a software where you can take a picture of yourself now and then alter it to slim you down to see how you would look. ?
 
Try my diet model tool, a friend of mine has just been talking about it. Haven't checked it out properly myself so not sure how good it is x

Tried it, is great, its gives you a good idea on how you look now and how you want to be. thanks Roziee.:bighug:its given me something to focus on. xx

Also try virtual model. You and put your weight and height in and it shows you a picture of what you could look like when you put you goal weight in. X
 
I know what you mean I think its great it gives you something to think about and you can picture how you are going to look when you are slimmer. xx

1 weetabix, banana, natural low fat yoghurt
lemon, ginger and mango tea

Lunch
Homemade pea and ham soup, 57g roll
Mullerlight yoghurt, pineapple, satsuma, pear
lemon, ginger and mango tea

Dinner
Melon
Lamb, salad (lettuce, celery, tomatoe, cucumber and pineapple) half a jacket
1 pint of water
sw triffle 2syns (low fat jelly, low fat custard, natural yoghurt, raspberries and small spray of cream)

supper
mullerlight yoghurt, free
20g smartprice crisp 5syns
1 treat size twix 5syns
1 small mug of milky coffee

12 syns in total.

Quaker oats sachet, mullerlight yoghurt, banana

Lunch
tuna salad, turkish delight mouse sw 2 syns
lemon ginger and mango tea
1 pint of water

Dinner
lamb casserole with rice and side salad
1 pint of water
lemon ginger and mango tea
sw triffle again 2syns

supper
2 ryvita fruit cruch with quark and strawberries and banana 4syns
milky coffee

picking on fresh fruit salad throughout the day.
Smartprice crisp 5 syns

Thank You AB, yes I do I tend to have a bar of cadbury milk chocolate on saturday instead of friday and a warm custy cob with cheese and butter which I don't count, then get back on plan on sunday. xx
