Dentists was fine. I still hate going though!

I've just had breakfast which was porridge made with water. I then stirred through activia 0 fat raspberry Yog and a handful of fresh raspberries. It was lovely and means I have loads of milk left for drinks.

This afternoon I've had coffee and some fresh pineapple.

For our evening meal I cooked a curry made with extra lean minced beef, onions, mushrooms, peppers, tinned toms, curry powder and chilli flakes. I served it with basmati rice and I had a side salad of cos lettuce with toms and cucumber. I had the side salad to up my veg intake a little, although there looked to be plenty in the curry.

Later I'll probably have a muller lite and some fresh cherries.

Just remembered that I ate a banana this morning. I think the one thing I really need to do is drink more.....I'd better go and make a drink :)
 
Food for the day:

Porridge made with water, fresh raspberries and raspberry Yog.

Mullerlite Yog and cherries for a snack.

Three colour carbonara out of the 7 days 7 ways booklet.

Pasta cooked, smoked back bacon trimmed of fat, lazy garlic and chilli, mushrooms chopped, cabbage sliced finely, frozen peas, tomatoes chopped, couple of egg yolks plus 100g quark mixed together plus seasoning.

Cook pasta.
Fry bacon, add all other ingredients and cook for a few mins. Add pasta and stir over quark mix, may need a little water at this point but I didn't use any.
Serve with salad.

I didn't have salad because I'd used extra mushrooms, peas an cabbage. Maybe I should have don but I would have been too much.

Drinks so far. Coffee with milk from allowance an one highlights chocolate drink.

I ate half a banana early for a snack. I would have eaten it all but it was squishy and I hate squishy bananas!

Trying to edit typo errors on an iPad is very very difficult. The text won't roll down/up. The whole screen moves most of the time. I'll just leave them and assume you get my drift :)
 
Look at the time! I wonder where the day has gone sometimes.

Breakfast: porridge, raspberries and Yog.

Lunch: out shopping with sis-in-law so just grabbed a coffee with no milk.

Tea: smoked salmon, two hardboiled eggs, cucumber. Cos, toms and hellmans lighter than light Mayo (at 2 syns).

Muller banana Yog and banana.

Snack: 2 rocky road at 3 syns each, highlights choc and squirty cream 3 syns total, fresh cherries. Milk in four coffees at home.

Now in bed so no more food will pass m lips tonight :)

Stopping in a hotel for a few days now. Menu doesn't look too bad, although I think it'll be boring by the end of the week.

Breakfast: porridge etc.

Mid morning snack, yogurt and chocolate drink with squirty cream, so 3 syns.

On the way I ate two small bananas.

Evening meal: small nibble of a homemade bread stick - about half a little finger - does that count! Grilled plaice, caper and oil dressing (asked for it to be served separate), new potatoes with no butter and a side salad of toms, cucumber, lettuce and rocket with no dressing. Hubby ate all the bread, the sweets which came with my black coffee and the savoury cheesecake that came gratis before we ate. I ate the celery and grapes which came with his cheese. Drinks were diet coke and now on slimline tonic.

Trouble is I still feel peckish. When we go back to the room I'll go straight to bed and avoid the biscuits! Tomorrow I'll stock up on fruit and Alpen bars. I could just eat an Alpen bar.

Forgot to say. I didn't eat all the dressing. I extracted the capers and left the oil. Obviously I ended up with some oil but, hopefully, not too much. X
 
Hubby is snoring like a warthog!

Got to be up and at breakfast for 7 as he wants an early start!
 
Breakfast: one fried egg, two halves Tom and a few mushrooms. Small amount of apple, melon, pineapple and grapes. Black coffee.

Boredom eating: banana, apple, Alpen bar and velvet cruncH crisps. I had no cereal/bread this morning so Alpen counts towards a healthy extra. Large americano with milk poured in. Might have been full fat milk but, again, had none this morning so I reckon I can count it in as my other HE.

So 4 syns for the velvet crunch.

Think I'd better drink some water before I eat everything in the car!
 
Good morning :)

Breakfast: egg, Tom and mushrooms. Apricot, melon, apple, pineapple and grapes. In total the fruit just about covered a side plate thinly - so not much! I'm not sure how they manage to cut it so thin!!

2 Alpen bars and black coffee.

Might treat myself to a banana and apple for lunch. I'm sat in the car so it's not easy to have much else.

Tomorrow pm Im going to a nearby slimming world to get weighed. I'm not used to evening weighing so I expect I won't eat after about 1 tomorrow. Weigh in is at 7.30 so we will eat after that - if we can find somewhere that looks ok.

Well I've had my apple and very nice it was too. I could eat another :). I've also had my banana and a pack of velvet crunch crisps at 4 syns. I've drunk a bottle of water. Heyho it's the high life for me :p

Evening meal: sea bass with wilted spinach and cockles. It had a few diced potatoes to decorate it, about enough to fill a teaspoon! Green salad with no dressing. Two breadsticks and a bite of bread. Milk in two cups of coffee. One chocolate truffle and a nibble of a coconut wheel thing? I reckon I've had about 8 syns. I think my total syns for TH day are no more than 12.

Think I'll just have fruit and a low fat Yog for breakfast. The yogurt is 90 cals a tub and low fat so it should be ok.

Got to be very good today as weigh in at 7.30 tonight. It'll be interesting as I usually weigh in the morning. Obviously I eat nothing before I go but that's a bit of an impossibility today:)

Breakfast in the hotel. A few thin slices of pineapple, plum and melon. Splash of milk in coffee.
In the car. Two Alpen bars.

I'll probably eat an apple, banana and maybe some velvet crunch about noon and that'll be it until after wi. We are going to a pub restaurant tonight as the hotel menu is getting a bit boring. Back later xx
 
I forgot that I also had a low fat strawberry Yog made by marybelle. The tub of 100g was 92 cals and I looked for syns on line but couldn't find it. I've decided to count it as my HEA as I'll now have very little milk for the rest of the day. I'm happy with black coffee. My HEB will be the two alpen light bars. X

Hi crystal. Hope you are well ... And hubby too :)

Weigh in was good. Stayed the same which considering it was evening and I usually weigh mid morning was excellent. I stopped eating at 1 pm in readiness. Just had a meal out in a local pub. Got to dash as hubby is tapping his fingers waiting to go back to hotel. I'm driving....obviously!

Woo hoo, well done Jane! STS is great, I bet in reality that was a loss because of the chnage in the time of day you weighed in.

I'm good thanks, loving having hubby around even though he is working. We went out to Nando's tonight which was lovely (and fairly healthy!)

Right, back at the hotel and almost in bed :)

I reckon it's a loss too. Even though I stopped eating at 1 normally I wouldnt have eaten anything from about 7 the night before! I had about four drinks this morning including a massive coffee from costa coffee at 1.

My evening meal was: fillet steak, marinated peppers, asparagus and the pub kindly did me a baked potato instead of chips. No sauce. I had smoked salmon to start and black coffee for desert. I've just had two rocky road here in the room. I felt like a treat :D. 6 syns is fine anyway.

A member of our group is in Sw mag this time. Her names nadine. I picked a mag up at the meeting so I'll read the article before I go to sleep.

How do you think you're doing with your weight? Even though I want to eat crap I mostly stop myself these days. I've ordered low cal meals for our flight to America with ba next week, mind you the champagne will probably negate any good it'll do!

I'm not looking forward to the food in America, I have this dread that it'll all be laden with cheese and butter, and be deep fried!!
