Oh dear! I feel as rough as a bears a***.

Must be a combination of too much food and half a bottle of cava!

I'm now 2lb off my first stone lost. Hey ho that's life! Today is a fasting day so I will go down again tomorrow. Hubby away tonight so I'm off to get an M&S ready meal out of the freezer. It's not worth cooking and if I did want to cook I'd have to shop first!
 
Fasting not going to badly. Two black coffees and a 40 cal chocolate drink so far (noon) and a two mile walk. I'm pondering whether to do some gardening but I still feel a bit rough!
 
Well I did about three hours gardening and my calorie total is currently 438. I've had a chicken chow mein from the M&S count on us range. It was a bit small but very tasty. I think the feel fuller for longer meals are better for my fast days, especially with extra veg.

I think I will have an early night. I'm planning on going swimming in the morning, hopefully I will manage another 20 lengths.

Time for bed and calories for the day are 468. Think I will have porridge for breakfast, I'm looking forward to it already.
 
1/4lb off my first stone loss! I jumped on the scales and swore a bit then had a quick shower, brushed my teeth, made the bed, jumped on the scales again and........still a 1/4lb of my first stone! Think I will just try once more.

I think the scales are stuck at that weight!!
 
Calories today 1,137 but I will probably have a little more. I swam 40 lengths this morning, did about an hour of gardening and went for 1.5 mile walk with a neighbour. It's not very often I have a very energetic day so I made the most of it.
 
Thanks Emmaline. It'll be interesting weighing in the morning. I'm out with friends tomorrow but should still be able to fast as we usually only stop for coffee. If I'm back early enough I will do more gardening. Planning on swimming again on Thursday morning and then a busy day ferrying my dad around to various appointments.

My sister in law fasted for the first time yesterday. Partly because I sort of made her She's convinced she will pass out if she doesnt eat! Anyway she managed it and had a 3lb loss this morning. I know it's mainly fluid but nevertheless it's encouraging for her. Today she's had a Normal eating day. I think she will try and fast two days a week. I'm only pushing myself to do three days because I have my lovely sunny holiday at Christmas
 
Just added up my calories in the last six days and its 7,038. Tomorrow will be a fasting day so total in seven days will be just over 7,500, a saving of 6,500 so almost 2lb weight. It will be interesting to see what I weigh after my fast tomorrow. This is after my excesses including cava on Sunday! Next week should be even better as no big meals planned.
 
1/2lb off my first stone! Wouldn't you think with my efforts yesterday and 1,212 calories that I might have gone down! I know it'll happen eventually! Fasting today, although feeling a little peckish right now but that's probably because I'm miffed! Had a dreadful sleep last night. I remember looking at the clock at 4 and then woke at 6.30 for the loo. Probably be a very early night tonight.
 
Just looked back at my posts and I think I've dropped 3/4lb in the last week. It feels so much slower though. It'd be useful if posts had the date rather than 1week ago, 2 weeks ago etc.
 
Bit obsessive but just got on again and 1/4lb off my stone. Should be below tomorrow.....fingers crossed. Getting dressed now so no more weighing
 
A busy day. Two black coffees whilst out, another two at home. A satsuma and for my evening meal a prawn curry at 208 calories and a pack of slim rice at 15 calories. Total so far 252 so far.

The slim rice was ok but a bit like eating softish plastic pellets. No taste really but it did bulk my meal out and made me feel I'd eaten something decent. If I'd just had the curry (half a pack) it would have been very paltry.

I've got some weight watchers ice cream individual deserts in the freezer so I'm having one as a fast day treat. I've plenty of leeway
 
I'm having a weight watchers toffee and honeycomb sundae at 119 calories. 371 calories so far.
 
I'm watching Fat for Cash at 9 pm on five. Might make me feel thin! Think I will have a chocolate drink at 40 calories.
 
Well I am a skinny little thing! Anyway time for bed and everything crossed that I've broken the 1 stone barrier tomorrow! Oh yes, I nearly forgot, calories for the day 421.
 
I've been busy again today. Just time to quickly post. Well I jumped on the scales, off the scales, on the scales, off the scales etc. and I was still 1/4 lb off the first stone loss! I'm sure my scales must be stuck!!

Not been to the loo for a few days which doesn't help. I think I'm going to have to start taking something to speed things along. I can only assume I'm consuming everything that goes in! Lol.

Wouldn't you think after 421 cals yesterday I'd show a loss. Only had just over 2000 in three days. Ah well, keep going as I actually feel so much better.
 
1,189 calories so far. I swam 20 lengths this morning and really wanted to do more but just didnt have the time. Walked a couple of miles with my neighbour. I can't believe I've not gone down with all this effort! I hope I start losing again soon.

I measured myself this morning and my hips bust and underbust have all gone down 2 inches whereas my waist has stayed the same. I'm a typical apple with a very short body and long legs! I've always had a large waist. For health your waist should be half (or under) your height, I think I need to grow a bit

Another fasting day tomorrow.
