Well I'm another lb down.

Really pleased that I'm managing the RTM quite balanced and I'm looking forward to my hols next Sunday. Next week is in the real world proper and then....... HOTEL!!!!!!! I'm actually looking forward to the challenge really.

LL scales gave me a 1lb loss this week which I'm a bit disappointed with as I've been weighing in at 3lb down all week at home but never mind i guess it will show next week! I know RTM is supposed to be about management but i'm still hoping to lose a little bit!

Well done FT, and don't worry Jessica its all about management.

I'm off to Cologne this evening for work, and then am flying out to America on Thursday for my hols, so I won't be about as much - but hope you all have good weeks whether it is managing or developers.

Not having my WI today so stepped on the scales - showing at 8 stone 13lb which is 8lb under my target now - so give me the leeway for when glycogen comes back on (trigger weeks while I'm away!)

Wk 3 of RTM and 2lb off so again really pleased with that.

Jess I lost 1.2 on week 1 of RTM and then 2.4 last week so I think your body has quite a big adjustment to make in the 1st week!

Hello all January starters and some memebers and moderators,

I know I have been very mean and haven't been involved on the forum a lot lately. I know I should be shot at really!!:sigh::sigh:

However I wanted to say thank you to all the wonderfull post and the inspiring ideas that you have all provided on this forum and others. I must say there was very limited time for me online and I spent most of the time reading your comments rather then trying and post some non helpful ones.
I have found this forum very helpful and the members very supportive and must say I couldn't have done without you all.

As you might have noticed that I have managed to loose 3 stones and have also kept it off for the last 4 weeks. I am very proud of the achievement and can only say a big THANK YOU to all you lovely members for the same.

I have noticed you all have done so well and lost incredible amounts and can understand how chuffed you all are and must a big WELL DONE for the losses.


I can't say that I will be able to keep it off for ever but FC.

I will go back on foundation for 4 weeks after I complete RTM to loss another stone or so but I am in size 10/12 and quite pleased with the results so far, so might not. But will see how I feel.

The next agenda is probably a tummy tuck. Is any one else thinking about that. Let me know. I will try and keep regular with my post but must admit I am not very good at talking at the best of times, so apologise if I can't keep up. You guys are way to fast for me,
