Jaqys - dusting off the diary

I both love and hate the need to pee in the night, its too damn cold to be getting up but it always means a friendly scale in the morning.

Its another thing thats harder in winter though, drinking enough water. I'm having a lot of herbal tea at home in the evening but very aware I'm not drinking much through the day.
 
I hate getting up too Jaq - was up twice last night :( takes me ages to get back off to sleep too.

Ive had loads this morning cos wi tomorrow lol (better not retain!)
1 cup of tea, 1/2 litre of water at home. work 1 1/2 litres cold water, 2 black coffees one green tea. Ive been to the loo 5 times!
 
I had a lovely sleep last night - the best sleep for years. The doc gave me some new painkillers to take at night and he said they would stop me waking up (I normally wake around 2 and don't get back to sleep). Anyway Monday night I was awake all night long, but i thought I would give them another chance last night adn I slept until 5am!! Bliss!

I too am trying to follow Vick's example today and drink lots of fluid! The trouble is i have eatwen my lunchtime chicken already and I fancy something else - I'm just not sure what!! Suggestions on a postcard please.......
 
crabsticks? prawns? more chicken? erm sorry much easier on atkins lol.
 
sorry atkins porn .... if i needed something i could have some cheese, some pepperami, corned beef, pork scratchings ;)

Yes I agree completely. I noticed the missing night-time trips :eek:
I especially bought myself a nice water bottle (0.6l) in June so I could keep track of my intake and made sure I refilled it at least twice. But now I have to have hourly reminders on my computer that tell me to take a glug or two from the water bottle otherwise my intake is far too low, despite more-than-usual cups of coffee (had to bring in decaff or I'd OD on caffeine). My intake is still too low on 'home' days - at least I usually remember to down a whole glass of water before each meal, plus one with it!

and mayo. i love that. sometimes when im peckish ill have that :D

lol I bought some yesterday ;) never had them before...not exactly dukan...but after the carbfest I had...it was better than the alternative while weaning myself back into Dukan x

-1.4lb on yesterday :) x
 
not exactly Dukan? they way off lol . you are secretly doing atkins arent you ;)
