deffo no sugared popcorn on atkins but the plain or salted one is 6g carb per us cup (like one of our mugs). so as long as you counted in your daily allowance.

I'd move back in a moment, come on lottery win :D

The weekend pounds are finally gone, glad they took a few days, more incentive not to slip again.

However after thinking I had a clear social calendar until the Xmas events going to have a few work meals next week, at least 1 lunch and 1 dinner as collegues from overseas will be in.

The lunch I can probably get away with just having a diet coke or coffee depending where we go. Dinner venue is yet to be decided.

Wow the Wahaca menus - yum yum! Glad I've got kiddies stopping me from going out too much!

What do they mean but 'healthier' scratching I wonder? My roast chicken last weekend had skin nearly like crackling so I took a bit - heaven!

Hope you manage your social occasions next week. Depenging on the venue - you could just try what others have done and just ask for something simple that's not on the menu (like grilled chicken / fish etc). I'm sure you'll manage!
 
It'll be fine, I can go and just have a drink, I'll have another pp heavy week to work round it.

Teeny loss from last friday, not surprising but am back on track properly now. Protein sorts my head out as much as my weight.

Will have a quiet weekend (or quite noisy if last nights wind is anything to go on, hope peoples rooftops are okay) watching the racing, maybe going to a movie.
 
Friday had those constrained feeling.
To stop another bad weekend went out for dinner on the way home.
Chicken satay starter and only part way through did I realise I'd happily been eating the peanut sauce, oops, beef with spring onion, kimchi and a glass of wine (mmmmmmmmmm).

So turned into a pv day, well pv+ ;)

Yesterday stayed in all day ate eggs and chicken and yogurt and rhubarb.

Today indulgent steak and eggs brekkie,
Beef for lunch and dinner. Yogurt+bran at some point unless I make muffins.
Or might go out for dinner and use remainder of beef for Monday lunch.

Am 2lbs down from Friday so it's all good.
