Well I ate n drank waay too much yday!!! Really don't think il b getting a loss this week spec after my Chinese on wed n have done no exercise this week at all lol will have to do some today!! Xx

It is hard not to wanna snack all day I just try n keep myself busy, in fine wen am at work it's wen I get home n sit down I thi k right I wanna eat ha so il take the dog for a walk or do something to take my mind off it n il soon forget which shows I was never actually hungry at all if that makes sense lol xx
Its actually at work that I'm terrible for snacking. Wish I didn't have such a boring desk job lol... I'm trying so hard not to snack but finding it hard.
Iv got a boring desk job too lol but usually it's really busy so don't get a chance to bother about food. I think it does get easier tho one u get into a routine, I always try n eat at the same time every day ,don't no if that's a good or bad thing lol xx

Ur doing brill don't put urself down lovely!! What about doing more exercise for a week n see if that helps? Easier said than done I dove like exercise much lol xx
