wow your doing really really great i think i need to take some photos so i can show it off aswell, will see if my other half will do it for me and then i can show u all again two days before the wedding if i can get him to do it today day 1 then again on thursday the 4th august hopefully there will be a difference....that has so motivated me wow wow wow!!!!

Wow jen, what another massive difference babe! Your shrinking faster than fast!!!! I'm so proud of everything you've achieved, your really are an inspiration to me ya know. You really are my hero. I really wish I could do half as good as you, infact I'm gonna take a leaf out your book and do the next 29 days 100% not promising to give up the coke zero tho, nu uh!!!
You really do show me that the hard work really is worth it.

I didn't expect to see much of a difference between the two pics before this one was taken this morning. I was ever so chuffed when I could actually see the loss. Its funny, I was so pleased with that original photo and now I'm more pleased with this one lol x

You really should take photo's... Its the best way to compare. I find it hard to see the difference when I'm looking in the mirror or just looking down at myself. Comparing the photos of yourself from the start and the end is great, you will see the difference far clearer. x

I've said before, you were one of the people who inspired me to do this in the first place, I read your diary and posts and saw your losses and thought, wow, I'm going to do it, just like her... So a thank you has to be said to you too because if I hadn't of seen someone like you actually doing it then I wouldn't have given it a go. xx

You have worked hard too doll - I think your pic that you put up with your trousers on your diary is amazing. Like I've said to Rachel - you have to be given a thank you because you showed me that it could be done.I couldn't do this without Coke Zero either - oh, no no no no no - I literally need that lol It's my only treat lol.
I've still got my thinking cap on as to what I should treat myself with... I can't think... I'm not that keen on buying clothes because as soon as I've bought something then its starting to get too big lol... I mentioned in my diary a wee while ago how I bought myself some trousers from Next... I can only wear them in the house now because they fall off me and that would be embarrassing. I'm not that keen on flaunting me ass to all quite yet lol xx

Ohhhhhh Jen....I've just cried reading your update. To have such a frustrating time with Jamie being so poorly and down and then to be rewarded with this collosal achievement today is just wonderful news. You are such an inspiration to you all and thank you for sharing your story in such an honest and open way and of course for all the shrinking photos too. You look abslutely amazing honey and I hope you are truly proud of yourself. I don't know what else to say chick....I feel so proud for you too. Fantastic news.......xxx
