Take That truly were amazing. When I seen them two years ago I was 5/6 stone heavier. I stood for 7 hours and I couldn't bounce about. Still had a fab time though. This year I was bouncing, jumping and stood for the same length of time - and I didn't sit down at all like the last time and it was sooo much easier.
Well had my daily WI this morning and my fat versus water percentage is getting better. Yesterday I didnt have as much as I should have either because work was so busy, didnt even have a chance to breath it felt like, it was customer after customer. But it was far better than the previous day and I'm starting to feel better, I felt awful yesterday - tired and dehydrated yuck!
Also, I've lost 7 and a half stone now so I'm making my way towards an 8 stone loss, 7 more pounds I will be bang on 16 stone
And 8 more pounds I will be in the 15s... I can't wait
Oh, another achievement - I needed to go out and get myself a rain coat for the concert, got myself a fab wee size 18 one out of Peacocks and a pair of wellies... A size 7 pair of wellies actually fit me and my calves. I was wearing size 9 wide footed shoes in Feb...
:
Also - I fitted into size 28 trousers and jeans - didn't buy them but they fitted
I've been a size 18 top now for aaaaaaaggggggggeeeees! And I vary between size 18, 20 and 22 in trousers. Its all very confusing clothes sizes but I remember having a conversation with my friend about how I wish I could lose weight but only wanted to be a size 18.
Not anymore... I'm going all the way
I'm taking OH out today. We have a hire car so we are going to make the most of it, he doesn't like being pushed about in his wheelchair, he feels self conscious and it worries him that he may not be very mobile in the future. But I've persuaded him that he needs to get out and about and he's agreed so I'm going to get my bum up and about and get organised.
Speak to you all soon everyone xxxx
