Jenna's 2013, back on track and getting to goal diary.

I love Shreddies, boyfriend had some recently and I managed a bowl full, but then he scoffed the lot. Once I've finished my wheatabix off I'll be buying some more shreddies.
 
I tried the baked bean lasagne before but to be fair I don't think I made it right so def will try again. Oh Donna...warm with a chopped up banana is the way to go!

going to brave it out. its the smell and texture of most cereals that makes me not want to try them. don't get me started on weetabix...send shivers down my spine although i did here the mini ones don't have the same texture?
 
I've never had the minis but I used to LOVE Weetabix until I tried shreddies lol!

Today is Saturday and Saturday is my favourite because its FRY-day! Woop!

Granted I've been wide awake since 2 am and have had my fry at 5.30am...probably not my best plan but hey ho the boredom and hunger were killing me. I'd initially planned on the fry for lunch but what can ya do!


Green (it actually amazes me that I've pretty much become a veggie these days)

Breakfast
2 x LM sausages (4syns), 2 x wholemeal toast (B1), cheese (A1), spag hoops, 2 eggs and mushrooms
I always feel sooo greedy after a fry but they're so yum!

Lunch
Fruit salad (big) with a muller light

Dinner
Philly pasta topped with A2 of cheese. 3 syns
I will start mixing up dinners once this batch of pasta is gone! It might take till tomo tbh.

Snack
B2- 2 x hifi bar.
Grapes

Going to meet a friends mum and dad tonight, haven't seen them since I was in the 11s, I'm being totally vain but I really hope they notice a difference.

tried one shreddie..is it frosted shreddies? seem bit naughty and cant work out why corn flakes wouldn't be healthy extra...wishful thinking. may try a bowl tom but its tiny bowl lol

If you like frosted shreddies, then use normal shreddies and put sweetner on, tastes exactly the same :)

It's still the fibre issue, as shreddies are made with wheat

just seen that in the multi box cereal it gives you frosted and normal ones. little one had frosted as i didnt realise. will brave it tomorrow or a work day as curiosity getting better of me with jenna addiction lol think tesco have them on offer x

I know earlier this morning I said that I'd hoped not to go over 10 syns and have had 13 which is still within my allowance but have to admit I'm pretty disappointed with how much I've eaten the past 2 days. I feel like I've eaten loads and just know that the scales are going to reflect it. Will try and reign it in a bit tomorrow.

I am absolutely disgusted with myself. I have eaten a big bag of sensations numerous hi fis and maltesers. I feel physically sick and actually want to cry at what I've done which is stupid as I knew what I was doing. I just want to curl up and hide!
