Jenna's 2013, back on track and getting to goal diary.

Thanks ladies, parent interviews are finally over and it's now the run down to a few weeks off (albeit unpaid).

Have stuck to today's plan and its likely to be the same tomorrow....just depends what I fancy for breakfast. Might try to remember to have fruit and a muller...I know that sounds so stupid but shreddies is such a routine now I will be lucky to remember! It was a push this morn with the egg sarnie lol
 
Im a creature of habit too Jenna lol Fruit n Fibre every morning for brekkie mon - fri, I was off work today so I had a lean ham and low low cheese toastie with some frylight mushrooms and a cuppa. It was a nice change and lovely not to have to rush it as I type and the phones ring at work lol

I desperately want a fry up, might have one on Sat but depends what time we get up as we have to be in York for half 10.... at least its half term so we can have one anyday... think we might have one on Monday actually as its boyfriends Birthday. We finally have some meat sausages in as well (not had any in for ages since we changed which shop we regularly go to and they don't do any nice low syn ones) so excited about that.
 
I was back to my Fruit n Fibre this morning lol, I might have a fry up at the weekend too. Not got any plans so can have a lie in too.

Lunch
Fruit salad topped with a muller and an apple.


Snack
Apple

Dinner
Baked potato, salad and beans (meeting a friend after work and know I can get one of these in the shopping centre)


No syns planned but we'll see, though I've the wedding party tomorrow so maybe I should be very good as ill be tres synful with my wine. No matter what though I'm going to weigh in on wed (joining the morning session)

Philly Pasta bake (3 syns)

Edited as I thought I could last from breakfast to dinner...I am a muncher, I cannot!

Had no syns yday and will try to limit til weigh in after tonight's drunken debauchery! Woooop!
