Im on week 4 off CWP .. SS
Week 1 - 4lbs
Week 2 - 4lbs
Week 3 - 2lbs (with 4 days off plan due to illness)
Hopefully this week I'll get a big loss,
I'm also going to up my water & try some excersize such as walking or running
I will keep updating this feed & hopefully will start seeing some bigger losses
