Oh I am SO jealous - I so want knees - mine are covered in fat but also they swell due to the arthritis - I hope that one day in the future I too will be able to post and say I have knees

Hi, been to doctor to get all vaccines for Mexico! Getting excited now! Met with Rosie and sandy last night for a catch up and a giggle which was really nice.
1.5lb lost this week, although sure I put it all on at chinese! Was so nice, but again I paid for it when I got home so thinking that will be it for the buffet, until I get stones fixed at least!

...and you really can - she showed us! Just the once mind, didn't go on about it at all which was nice.

Sorry to hear that the Panda did its worst again. Although, I did suggest we met elsewhere but you so wanted the Panda....he's not good for you - although totally lovely food. xx

what sorta healthy food do they have in mexico? i've only eaten at a mexican restaurant once and it was all tortillas and nachos and melted cheese and stuff.. i remember some "mixed bean" sludge which was surprisingly tasty though

No idea, its all buffet, american one, mexican one...different ones. Not going to count points over there tho, healthy is out the window for two weeks!

Hello!! had a bizzare but ending well few days!! Got my blood results back from doc which says I have abnormal liver enzymes?? not sure what that means but going for a scan next Thursday to see whats going on! Been really worried about it but sure it will be ok, on the positive side my cholesterol is 3.5 so very pleased with that! EVEN more pleased cause tonight was the P7 leavers dance and I managed to get into a size 12 dress!!!! Was so excited!! Have taken a photo but cant find the USB cable to upload it will try to look again tomorrow!! Very exciting tho!! my first size 12!! woo!!

Re the liver enzymes, my hubby had the same so he was sent for a scan looking for gall stones, he didn't have them but they did say he had fatty deposits around his liver. Nothing to cause concern at this stage he was told.

Thank you!! Thank you for telling me about your husband too, thats a relief that others have gone through. The letter just sounded so scary!! (naturally quite a drama queen anyway which doesnt help these situations!!lol)
